@ Jeff what happened and why did this location close so abruptly? I was just here 2 weeks ago! Please advise.

VERY SURPRISED Just here for lunch the other day
No indication whatsoever… Have to drive to Culver City to their other place. Really enjoyed their food…

Horrible service by the MANAGER david, this guy took our order & completely made the mistake but tried blaming us. He needs a good lesson in customer satisfaction, i wont be going back to a place that can’t take responsibility of their mistake & make their consumer happy. The worst part of it all is we asked for two extra sides of barbecue sauce but the lid wasnt put on at all so we get into our car & it spills all over the floor. How hard is it to put a lid on a container… They need new employees who aren’t such baboons !!!

Usually the best and simplest meal solution. But today, they gave me half of a half salad and my sandwich was a mess.

in this month I think I’ve been here almost every two days and I’ve tried the chicken sandwich, beaf sandwich, and half chicken.
it’s a good place to take a break of other fast food places and quite place.

My husband took me here on a fluke for mothers day– we had some time to kill before our movie started so we went here for lunch. The salad side order was crappy, tasted very bland and I took 2 bites and kindly asked for maybe a different salad. The waitress was sweet and brought me another but I was dissapointed. I mean how can u get a salad wrong? Anyway I give them 4 stars cause the rest of The food was phenomenal! I had the garlic lemon salmon– wow! Soo yummy and had lots of garlic but not overwhelming. Was really good !! My husband and son got the order or prime Rib with a slab of baby back ribs and they were superb! The BBQ sauce was so tasty! A lil spicy and sweet — perfect combination of flavors!
We will definitely going back, next time i just won’t order the salad :)

Wasn’t very good. I ordered the tri tip and corn and cornbread. They all are things I really enjoy, but for some reason, none of them were up to par here. The cornbread was dry, the corn was dried up and shriveled, which really isn’t a word you want to use to describe anything. He sauce was good, and the water glass was just above the size of a Dixie cup. The staff was nice and suggested I try another side instead of the corn, which I got the garlic bread which was fine, but not something I would want to experience again. It seems like they’ve been around for a while, but maybe my experience was out of the ordinary?

Too bad. We were really hoping for a good BBQ place in the neighborhood. It’s not going to be this place.
Poorly managed. A bunch of small stuff adds up to big things.
Dining area untidy. Staff not attentive. Food ready too soon, I know weird complaint, but that meant it was cold and pre-​cooked.
Management needs to do a clean sweep.

I always enjoy coming here.
Great place to eat right next to the gym. Everything here is fresh and not processed. I usually order the ½ chicken with 2 sides but today I decided to share the full rack of ribs with coleslaw and corn bread.
The ribs were juicy and had a great bite to them. Not overly sauced and heated to the perfect temperature. They cut them up for you so you don’t have to. Peel or cut them apart which is nice.
The corn bread is a fairly nice sized slice. With butter and honey on the side.
And the coleslaw was great as well tasted like it had just been made in the morning.
It’s a nice little place to come and relax they serve beer as well as watch your game on TV.

Don’t eat at this place I ordered three meals with all two side orders and drinks and the guy at the front started calculating my order with a calculator. I asked what was the total he takes five minutes and comes up with a random number, so I asked him for a receipt he says they don’t have receipts we don’t do receipts so I was like WTF what you mean you don’t have receipts and he was very rude and I canceled my entire order. Don’t go eat here what kind of resturant doesn’t have receipts esp a chain restaurant? We’re not in the 80’s using a calculator and no paper receipts.

Getting over a sore throat Caroline our waitress was so attentive i asked for something warm and she brought tea, lemon and honey on the side !! I even ordered desert since she had great service!
Its nice to feel comfortable at a place where you are treated excellent!

We ordered the salmon BBQ, we were so excited to try it out, ordered take out… to come home n find what seemed the smallest piece of salmon I’ve ever seen. Lol. $ 15.00…I was expecting just a bit more. Flavor is good, but not great. Still… 3 stars seems about right.

Spicy BBQ sauce is great. Fries are nice and crisp and perfectly seasoned. Great FAST BBQ place in valley. Serves beer also so there is that. Tritip and chicken sandwiches are great.

I have been going to outdoor grill for years but this may be my last time. I had the worse experience ever. I ordered my usual which is the pork sandwich and a side. The sandwich was covered in sauce, onions, green peppers and barely had meat. My side was the potato salad. I had one bite and it was the worse ever. When I approached the cashier Edwin to let him know it didn’t taste right. He said to me what does it taste like. That’s not the point I just wanted to change it to something else. Than rudely tells me what do you want I wanted to try the garlic mashes potatoes which tasted like boxed powdered potatoes. When I asked him if they changed anything he replied your the only one saying something. He was so rude I will never go back. The quality in food has gone to waste. It’s just not the same.

Only go here if you want horrible service & an argument over whether they give you the correct change or not. Only gave it a 1 star because you can’t give it a zero and post. Never again!

Not sure what happened to this place but when they first opened the food was great. Now it is terrible. Corn on the cob tasted like it was far from fresh and the sandwich looked more like a half sandwich at a full price. Sad. Hope they get their act together or they are going to lose a long time customer. :(

I like the happy hour menu, where prices are available all the time. I usually get something on there and make it a combo with a side and drink.
The ODG burger, baked beans and a root beer is a solid dinner for about $ 8.

Very pleasantly surprised about this place. A mix between college kids, sports bar, plus healthy eating. I like that they have a separate happy hour menu all day. In addition, my mom and I had two healthy salads. So I would consider this a fast and affordable place to eat after the gym or when you are on the go.
The chefs were on top of your food and got our order perfect. The cashier, is a classic college student. so I agree with the previous review. not trained for customer service and just working to have a job.
I would come back for the food — it’s tasty, quick, variety, and fast. And the portions are great sizes except for the happy hour menu.

But they’re cashier who’s working right now while I’m typing this has bad attitude !!! She’s on her phone and goes to the dinning room to sit and talk with a guy. So inappropriate !!! Any restaurant isn’t good if the service is bad !! So if I were the manager or owner I would find someone who smiles and greets you than giving you a bad experience coming everytime you order.

When you’re surrounded by nothing other than Burger King and McDonalds in suburban Northridge, you appreciate anything that isn’t so ordinary.
It’s not the best BBQ, but it is delicious, and as others have mentioned, it’s pretty affordable. I’m a fan of their tri-​tip sandwiches. Make sure to load up on their BBQ sauces as well!
