A Mullins Maintenance

A Mullins is very professional and did an exceptional job on my floors. They refinished the hardwood floors throughout my home and they stained the concrete in our sun room. They did the job efficiently and I would highly recommend them.

We have been using A. Mullins for years to strip, clean and seal vintage concrete and tile floors prior to renting. Each floor has different problems and different solutions, but we always call Curtis to handle it. Our experience with them has been: fair prices, quick & friendly service, and great results. Any problems, or touch-​ups, that needed to be fixed have been handled in the same way.

Mullins is 10 stars! The first time I hired them was to restore a original oak floor a tenant who had damaged it so bad it looked like a monster with huge claws had scrapped the floors. I’ve never seen such a mess and never expected such a fantastic result!!!
I just had them prep and apply a coat of sealer on a original oak floor for another unit. They knew I needed it done fast. Totally awesome!!! The floor looks like new. and they did it including getting it dry enough to walk on in one day!
I feel well qualified to give them high praise. I’ve been in the rental business for over 50 years. I’ve used many floor services over the years. I only had one other service that I liked in all those years. Mullins are by far the best. Their prices are fair. You get the best bang for your buck with these delightful people. There might be cheaper people. But, you can’t get a better quality job for the money in my opinion.
That’s the other thing. They are so very nice. It’s like having nice relatives you can really trust. They make my job so much easier.
