I advise those thinking about spending several hundred dollars on denim at this store to stop and read this review very carefully. I have purchased about ten pairs of their jeans and initially had no problem with the products. All of the jeans were purchased within the last year and I recently noticed that holes were forming and their signature stitching was coming undone. This I thought was a major quality issue given the cost of the jeans. I went in to have them fixed and with much difficulty and being told that the problems were my fault and that they had never seen problems like this before, the rude sales girl agreed to send a few of the pairs to corporate to be repaired (she said I could send the others in when I had them). I brought the remaining jeans back in and was told that they would no longer be doing repairs (I was outright lied to by the staff). The repairs that I could get done took about six weeks and the first pair that came in were well repaired. About a week later the other pair came in (after being told earlier that they were in when they really weren’t) and after inspecting them, I realized that they had given me the wrong jeans. I went back to the store and the sales woman implied to me that I was lying and that she would have to check the cameras to verify my story before she did anything to rectify the problem (like I was trying to steal or con them). She said she would call me and I heard nothing (note that I have been told that I would receive calls from them and I never hear anything). So here I am, a customer who has bought several pairs of jeans from them being called a liar and receiving terrible customer service from a company that does not stand by their products. Normally, I don’t spend the time writing reviews like this but I feel that it is important that no one spends hard earned money on the jeans sold by True Religion. I advise all of their potential customers to go elsewhere, the cool stitching is not worth the problems you will receive. They do not and will not value your business whether you buy one or fifty repairs.
