I went in looking for some hard to find craft beers. Not only did I find them, but I was pleasantly surprised at the large selection of craft beers that they have. This will definitely be one of my go to spots to find rare craft brews!

I was planning on going in and buying a couple bottles of wine for a dinner party. I have been there before. This time I noticed a «no firearms» sign in the door. I will not give a place of business my money if they do not believe in people exercising their constitutional rights. I am not a gun owner but any non criminal with a legal gun carry permit should be able to carry their gun. I’m sure anyone planning on robbing the store would laugh at such a sign and ignore it. It’s just preventing law abiding citizens from going there. Maybe they think they will grow their business this way? Could be. They just lost mine moving forward.

Strolled in last night to see what selection of craft brews this place had to offer (with a couple hard to find ones in mind), and was indeed impressed. Checked reviews prior to coming in and was hoping to have the same experience mentioned by other customers. Definitely did. The manager, whose name I regretfully forgot, was very helpful and knowledgable when it came to ‘beer smarts’. I left one happy customer and will definitely be returning soon.

Love it here! Very close to downtown Northbrook… EXCELLENT Beer, wine and liquor selection. They can sometimes give you special discounts on ordering bulk of a particular item. Very competitive with prices and even beat out Binnys prices on some items.

Good liquor store, fair prices, recently installed a brand new fancy beer cooler that is a thing of awe. Otis & Lee has been around for no less than 30 years in the area. Of course it has changed hands a few times and I am not sure if anyone remembers who Otis & Lee were, but now it is owned by some nice immigrants who have made it into a neat and tidy operation after the store’s late 80s to mid 90s era when it fell into disrepair. Beer central in NBK!
