Wingstop

Very disappointed! My friend and I visited this location on Superbowl Sunday, Feb. 7. We ordered $ 40 worth of wings to take home and enjoy while watching the game. We ate less than half our order and both of us ended up getting violently ill. We thought surely if we brought this to the manager’s attention, he would apologize and offer to refund our money. Well, didn’t happen. We called and were told the manager would call us when he got in an hour later. We waited 2 hours and no call. So we went to talk to the manager in person. We explained what had happened, provided our receipt, and showed him the remaining wings from our order that were untouched. Instead of doing the right thing and refunding our modest purchase with an apology, he basically said we had no proof, he did not believe we got sick from the chicken, refused to return our money, bragged that over $ 7,000 was made on Superbowl Sunday, and told us to leave the store when we protested. He said his name was Patrick, he owned that franchise, and we had no recourse. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

I would probably give ‘em four stars but food wasn’t as hot as I would’ve liked. Took my order quickly and polite as I am used to at Wingstop. Not much to add other than if somehow you haven’t had their fries, it’s time.

Just got back from ordering 8 boneless wings and returned with 6 bone in wings. Next time get a copy of your receipt. Not cool wing stop. Not cool.

Love the vegetables and mild wings they have best fries and habenero wings and no one has anything on their garlic Parmesan

My wife had a craving for wings, so we went to wingstop (first time). We got boneless and they were terrible, hard with mostly breading (wished we would have gotten bone in) it was like little rock nuggets. The sauces were not good either, they were to sweet or to salty, we just didnt enjoy it. The fries were really good, but i still wont be back!

We order from here quite often and have never been disappointed. Our wings are always hot and fresh and ready when they say they will be.

When we want wings, we almost always turn to WingStop. They’ve got a good variety of sauces, and their ranch is really good. What else could you ask for? Oh yeah, 60¢ [boneless] wings on Mon and Tues!

The wings I ordered are not the wings that came home with me unfortunately. Wing stop to me just tastes so generic almost like the wings you can get at Walmart for much cheaper haha. Flavor was ok but not really anything amazing and definitely not something I would crave.

I have never been disappointed in any visit to this location. The staff is awesome and friendly, food is always delicious and hot, and even when busy the wait is never to long.

Very clean, nice awesome staff, soda dispenser had the perfect calibration and my wings were hot till the last bite!

Not bad, sauce was good. I always order wings extra well done and they were! Sucks that they charge extra for blue cheese/​ranch.

Sigh. I usually love this location… they have good customer service… the food is always good… this past Friday the 7^th of March we visited for a late dinner… mid meal a roach fell onto my plate from the ceiling… sigh. I was disgusted and told the manager. he refunded my money and was very embarassed but said it’s the 2^nd time it’s happened. the restaurant next door is renovating their bar and it’s stirring up the roaches from their restaurant… sadly I will not be back to this location because I don’t want to eat bugs :(

Disclaimer — this was on Super Bowl Sunday. That said — I ordered well in advance, online (like on Jan 27) and paid by credit card. This was supposed to be ready at 4:15. My husband got there at 4. It was crazy, which I’d expected. Still, I thought maybe they’d be a little late. Not ONE HOUR. And that only after I called up there and demanded to know what the deal was. The person that answered said «No way. We’re running behind, but not that far.» My husband’s receipt shows he got the wings at 5:12. One hour (less 3 minutes). When he got home told me some other guy asked 3 times where is order was and the manager gave that guy his money back and told him to leave or he was calling the police! Seriously.
Even worse — the wings were dry and over cooked. I spent $ 30 on 35 wings. I will never do this again. And I sure hope that other guy posts a review.
I should have ordered from Beef O’Brady’s.

I go to wingstop. I like wingstop. But this was an off night. I ordered online and the response was that it would be ready in 25 minutes. I get there and was told that it will be twice as long as indicated (beware ordering online during football game night). The order itself wasn’t bad except the garlic Parmesan boneless chicken was insanely salty — I could not finish them. The 2^nd boneless order was supposed to be «Louisiana Rub» but was instead the standard hot, just like my bone-​in order. Again, it may have just been an off night.

I’m personally not a fan of wing-​stop but the guy that helped me was just that, helpful. Explained some things to me and made an order without a problem. It starts to get packed at lunch so get in when you can.
The staff was nice and the wings were just that, wings. Much nicer than other locations that I have been too. :)

I don’t normally review franchise because they dont care much about the general public’s opinions. There’s a new flavor at Wingstop and I just want to let people know that its good!!! Louisiana rub is a dry rub and it’s good with a little kick. I love Troy Aikman! hahah
