KFC

This is the last time I will ever visit this KFC! Not very many customers and they still couldn’t manage to get the orders right. None of the employees look like they knew what they were doing. After waiting 20 mins. we finally got our order. OMG! The chicken was more like nuggets… over-​cooked nuggets! The biscuit was bigger than the chicken thigh! (See pic)
And they totally forgot to give us 4 biscuits. Dinner for 2 was $ 26!!! For that price I expect to get my biscuits! Next time we’ll go to Babe’s and have a delicious all-​you-​can-​eat chicken dinner for the same price. Oh, and the cherry on the top… when I tried to call the store to complain, there was no answer… TWICE!

Got my order wrong the last two times at the drive through and the drink smells like a sewer. Ick! Wasted money.

Ok I don’t go to KFC much, well because it’s KFC. But when I do go because it’s been so long I forgot how bad it is and how my experiences always ends up like this. I want a … Oh we’re out of that. Today I ordered Mac and Cheese. After waiting for 15 min they tell me they are out. How do you not know your out of an item when someone orders it. And they were not busy. Every time I come to this locations they are out of something. Once it was Pot Pies, another time my personal favorite was when they had no Chicken!!! The cherry on top of this Sundae was when the drive thru guy, was talking on his cell phone during our transaction. I need to stick to Annie fried chicken!

The wait to get food was way too long in a Sunday right after church. 15 minutes + for 8 pieces of chicken and 2 sides. It’s FAST FOOD… will not visit again.

Place was disgustingly dirty. There were dead bugs in the entry way, but as soon as you walked in a horrible smell hit you. There was no getting used to it and I was afraid of walking out of there smelling like this place. It’s a small place and there was no business, so there was no excuse why this place was this way! Will not set foot in there again.

This KFC just might have the most incompetent bunch of homo sapiens to ever work in fast food! I’ve been in this restaurant during various times of the day – both alone and with others and every single time, I have been disappointed.
First, it’s the restaurant itself which is always dirty. The floors are always littered with trash and where there isn’t trash there’s usually a sticky puddle where some spilled soda has dried. The soda machine is always in need of a wipe down and chances are, there’s usually one of the soda flavors that’s out of order.
Next, after placing my order, I’m usually informed that they’re either out of chicken or it’s going to be «at least 20 minutes» before another batch of chicken will be ready. Even on the occasions when I’ve opted to wait for the fresh batch, I’m usually getting another apology from the pathetic employees.
In fact, in the year that I’ve lived in this neighborhood and the numerous times that I’ve stopped in this restaurant (often trying to give them the benefit of the doubt), I have yet to ever receive a complete order of what I originally came to KFC for!
Never again, KFC. Tonight was the final straw. I will never again give you my money only to leave disappointed & frustrated. Ever. At this rate, it’s worth going the extra quarter mile to Grandy’s because this KFC SUCKS!!!
The only thing that sucks worse is the employees themselves.

Pot pie is not prepared and going to take 20 minutes to cook, I can see 3 tables that have crumbs/​light trash on them, the drink station barely has any lids, and I just heard the cashier telling someone that they are out of something.
Basically par for the course for a KFC.

The food is good, but why is it that every time I come here, they are out of half of the things I want? Crispy chicken, corn, wings. They ALWAYS tell me «sorry we are out of that. Do you want to wait 10 – 15 minutes for that?» No I don’t. It has happened every time I come here for the last 4 years and I am so sick of it.

The place is small so it shouldn’t be so hard to keep clean but the tables were dirty the soda machine station was a mess not enough straws and lids everywhere and the service is ok at best. I’m never coming back to the KFC

It took Opera and a KFC free meal coupon to get me to go back, but KFC has some really good grilled chicken meals.
I was really very surprised at how easy it was to get the meals considering everyone seemed to have the same coupon. The drive through line was probably 20 cars long and we made it from the house through KFC and back in less than 40 minutes.
KFC might just get some repeat business from me in the next few months.
