Walmart Supercenter

Called 11/​15/​2015 at approximately 10 am to ask if their vision center was open today and what hours. I then asked if there would be an eye doctor available as well. The lady who answer raised her voice practically yelling at me. The NLR store used to be friendly apparently not anymore

I went here at 3am to grocery shop because I’m on a night shift schedule and they weren’t open. What the heck you’re WALMART! Needless to say, I was very frustrated I had to go all the way to Maumelle to grocery shop when I live 2 seconds away from this Walmart. Get yourselves together guys you’re a Walmart not Pier One you should be open all night.

I know Walmart is not the best customer service. But this Walmart I have to say that icing on the cake. I’m not saying a good way at all. One Of the worst Walmart. Customer service sucks I mean really bad. I saw the commercial straight talk cell phone. I went to check it out. I asked Sales Associate if you could help me on Straight Talk cell phone. Associate points and told me where to go and find it. There were no help whatsoever I Think commercial give The more information then store associates. Associate even told me to go to Another Walmart for better Assistance. I’ll give zero stars. However I Have to select one because Unilocal will not post without selecting a star.

I recently went to the North Little Rock location of Walmart, and I have to say that it was the worst Walmart experience of my life. I generally try to stay away from Walmart because it has gotten so bad, but this particular location took the cake for negative experiences in a department store.
I visited several departments while shopping and found the store to be in complete disarray. Many of the shelves and racks were empty or littered with various products from around the store. It looked like the place had been looted or something. We even found a 30-​pack of Budweiser on the floor of the little girls’ department! The make-​up section was utterly trashed. The shoes and clothing departments had merchandise all over the floor – so much that you could not push a shopping cart through it. The parking lot was also covered with trash and had shopping carts all over it. This is a relatively new Walmart Superstore, and I expected better.
I am thankful that this is not my hometown Walmart, and I hope that I never have to set foot in this store again. Come one, Walmart execs, take some pride in your work and think about how Sam Walton would have wanted his company run. Until you decide to do something about this, I will pay a little bit more money and shop at Kroger.

I have to agree. I was in there last week searching for a particular frame I had purchased at another Walmart. The shelves were totally askew. I had to dig through assorted frames. They were scratched and filthy dirty. I made a comment to the clerk when I checked out about the dirty condition and her comment was «welcome to Walmart». Good PR for the store…

Most disgusting Walmart I have ever been to and that is saying a lot because I have been to a ton of Walmarts in almost every state in the US.
You already know it is going to be a bad experience when you drive through the parking lot and see nothing but trash, beer bottles and shopping carts strewn all over.
And then there are the bathrooms. They obviously do not get cleaned very often if ever, because there was toilet paper all over the floors but not in the stalls and someone was too lazy to refill the paper towel holders so they just set a roll on top.
There was little to no fruit and the fruit that they did have was old and decaying.
I understand that the people re-​stocking the shelves have a lot of work to do, but why can’t you make space for a cart or even a person down the aisles? Walmart is open 24 hours a day. Remember that.
The fact that a police officer kept driving through the parking lot should have been warning enough.
I will never be back. This is the place where common courtesy, decency and cleanliness goes to die.
