My family and I are visiting from California. I wanted a new pair of shoes so we headed to Dillards. I walked around for 15 minutes and no one bothered to Greer me or ask me if I needed assistance. There were at least 3 women working the floor. They were standing around talking to each other. At one point, an employee from the make up counter approached the women working in the shoe department so they could try some lotion. I will say that I’m very disappointed in the treatment but I did manage to go in the mall and purchase a pair of riding boots.

Went in during tax free weekend to buy some new suits for an upcoming business trip to NYC. With summer weather in AR, I went in to the Men’s section in worn jeans and a T-​shirt. Went around the racks twice and not one sales person came up to me to offer assistance. Went to the show department next, same deal. Sales folks just eyeballed me. I had heard that these folks were stuck up, but didn’t believe it till now. First and last time here. Too bad. Went to Men’s Wearhouse instead and left the store with 5 new outfits. They always treat their customers respectfully there and don’t judge a book by its cover.

HOT SPRINGS NATIONAL PARK, AR
I think this is probably the largest Dillard’s in Arkansas. There’s a whole lot of floor space so many items you could spend all day looking around if you don’t know what you’re looking for. I like the Dillard’s brand Cremieux (think that’s spelled right) jeans. I bought a couple pairs last year and they have stood up to many washings very well and they are very comfortable too.

Parking and entry is easy to come and go for a quick trip. I ran in for something I needed at the Clinique makeup counter. I parked on the side of the highway and entered through women’s clothing. There were no sales associates to ask where the makeup counter is, but I found it up through the escalators. The ladies at the Clinique counter were very bubbly and sweet… Overall great experience for what I needed
