Papa John’s Pizza

crust was tough, cheese was not melted, and somebody forgot to add sauce to the crust.

This feels really weird to write a review about a pizza chain, but I felt I had to. This location has never messed up my order, delivers fresh hot pizza, and is super friendly. I don’t understand why it’s such a difficult thing to find in chain restaurants these days, but I felt like I should give credit where credit is due. Papa johns has always been my favorite pizza chain, and to receive hot pizzas made correctly in a timely manner every time from this location, makes it worth me writing a review for. Thanks for satisfying my pizza chain cravings!

This review will be unusually short for my review being I only use this location to call in my order and pick up. Everytime I have ordered a pizza from this location it was just as order and we always enjoyed it with no complaints. I even like the online ordering which is very efficient and useful. Never had any issues with the online ordering.
My only complaint is that no matter what time of day it seem the delivery times are a little long which is why I always do pickup. Everytime they have given me a pick up time the pizza was ready sometimes before the pick up time which caused the pizza to be sitting a little. But I like the service which is friendly and the closeness of the location to my home.

As pizza chains go, this one is better than most.
Why? I knew you would ask that.
You can add a bunch of toppings to customize your pizza and don’t get charged extra.
The thin crust is correctly cooked, not waaay overdone, and has a good layer of toppings. They even have banana peppers, which I love on my pizza.
All the pizzas come with a container of garlic butter dipping sauce, just in case you need more calories.
The cheese sticks are really good.
Delivery time was a little slow, but not too bad.
The only problem is that the website can be a pain, so remember to enter any coupon code BEFORE you put the pizza in the basket.

Very bad customer service, first they dont bring me a receipt and never brought me the plates i needed as i asked for them since we never received them

Like other Papa Johns, delicious. Fast.
