This place is the real deal. It’s authentic to the core. The red sauce is the best I’ve had in a restaurant to date. My husband and I used to eat here at least once a month when we still resided in South Florida. We recently came back to Florida for a visit and we made it a point to have dinner here. It was as excellent as it always had been. The staff is awesome and friendly, too! A+++

We bought several pizzas for a large group. The pizza was great! Everyone commented on how delicious it was. Hot and fresh and the crust was still crisp even after sitting for quite some time. The toppings were great. Huge pepperonis, delicious big pieces of sausage, and the mushrooms were yummy fresh mushrooms(not the slimy canned ones you get at most pizza places). Definitely recommend this place.

I ordered the pizza special with a drink for 6 $ & Philly with with cheese and onions. I’ve eaten Here before but only there pizza but this time I wanted to try something different. The Philly was terrible it had old grilled onions. The Philly did not stay down. It was terrible.

I go there at least once a week. Once in a while you may get a bad meal. Maybe once a year. They have been around for 25 plus years, must be doing something right.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I ordered veal cutlet Parmesan and received a veal patty. Gross. I felt like I was back in the high school cafeteria. The waitress had a very bad attitude. They use canned tomato sauce. The waitress insisted it was a veal cutlet. I’m never eating here again.

The food is awesome, the service is friendly and it’s a nice family restaurant. The chicken parmigiana is my tues and sat tradition. I would recommend it to anyone it’s not the most updated restaurant but the food is worth the older ambiance.

I’m visiting from nj & my friends were excited to take me– we were asked to move our table– then the staff was upset that we moved– my friends food came out late and her gnocchi came out yuk. Garlic rolls stunk– I must say very disappointed customer.

Bland food perfection! I had ordered Chicken Marsala .Once I added pepper flakes and salt, my food tasted much better. My friend’s Chicken Parm tasted better too after she added the salt & pepper flakes. I wish they look at all these reviews and actually do something about it.

GREATPIZZA! This place has been around for a long time. As a kid(about 20 years ago) I remember my aunt loving it because they were the only place to offer green olive pizza. As a pizza lover(seriously it’s my weakness) I always love trying new places and I passed by Ferros on the way home and decided to give it a try with my now adult taste buds. I’m so glad I did. It’s a small, hole in the wall type of place.(in my opinion those are the best) We were seated promptly and offered drinks right away by the busser. We started with some mozzarella sticks and some garlic rolls. The mozzarella sticks were great, the marinara it came with was excellent! The garlic rolls were hot and fresh but I wish they had a little more garlic on them.(I just dipped them in that excellent marinara so no big deal) We decided to try the Special Ferro Works or Ferros Special Works pizza(something like that), basically a supreme pizza. It was great! All fresh ingredients, yummy sauce, BIG slices and cooked just right. The pepperoni and sausage stood out to me the most, really good. Overall even though I live in coral Springs, this will be my new pizza place. I’m glad I revisited my childhood and dropped by. Next time I might try that green olive pizza my aunt loved so much. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was the waitress was really slow and was running around like she was slammed when it wasn’t busy. Wasn’t on top of refilling drinks and I had to ask for things a couple of times before she finally brought it. I still tipped her 25%, because hell, she could have just been having a bad day.

Went here last night for dinner, nice little place, family owned and operated. The spaghetti and meatballs were very good and so was the service.

I lived in Broward County for 20+ yrs, left in 2012. I try to return for a visit at least once a year and always make it a point to stop in for a few slices. Great pizza! On my last trip, I brought an entire pie back. Thank you!!!

Great pizza. Great Tuesday night takeout price when you pay with cash. Dining in is always good too.

I have lived 8 blocks from this restaurant since 1987 and we used to eat here several times a month when my kids were growing up. Not anymore. I don’t know if the original family members retired? Because I have been back 3 times this past year trying to «hit» a good night and so far, it’s been terrible every time. The pizza is like cardboard, the spaghetti sauce tastes canned, and the food is overall entirely bland. The service is terrible. The older woman who is in the kitchen or at the register all the time has no idea what customer service means. It’s sad because my family used to love this place. Now we drive over to Pine Island and McNab and eat at Milano’s instead. Try there if you are looking for an authentic Italian, family owned place that treats people well.

This place was horrible!!! I have been to this place a couple times and each time the food is bland. Even their soups are bland. The dinner salad contained the core of lettuce which was really nasty to look at. The only reason I gave a 2* was because portions were pretty good. If you like flavor, I would recommend going elsewhere.

They must have spotty service/food because my experience was not stellar nor horrible as the reviews seem to indicate. The staff seemed friendly enough, not over the top either way. Same goes for the food. It was not bad but not outstanding either. Their prices are reasonable. So, since the food was good and the service was good, why not give it a try and see for yourself.

I’m in the middle of the WORST meal I’ve ever had in a restaurant that should know better. We ordered drinks, an appetizer and a pizza that’s a regular pizza on their menu. It took 40 minutes on a Sunday night to get the calamari and the pizza came at the same time. Completely unacceptable. We told our server to take the pizza away as we we starting the calmari. Thsn, she brought us back the same pizza. We figured it out and complained we wanted a new pizza and they took the pizza away only to wRm it up and bring the SAMELOUSYPIZZABACK!!! Then, the owner comes to argue with us, telling us she has to make a new pizza. All the time while hot fresh pizza’s are leaving for pickup. I will never come here again!

Been coming here since I was 5 yrs old. Owners are the real deal, from Italy. I would go with the Cheese Steak or the Pizza. Delicious. As for the haters, move on to Pizza Hut if you don’t like this place. This is what America is all about. Small family owned business that is successful and takes care of their loyal customers.

Horrible! My son ordered a Stromboli. The«manager» who was the cook brought it out so burnt that the dough was like a rock & crunched like a pita chip! When we brought it to the manager’s attention, his only reply was«oh, that’s just the way we do it here.» It was burnt for God’s sakes! The entire dinner was a horrific nightmare & we were there for my grandson’s birthday… Secondly, it was as if our waitress was MIA the ENTIRE time! Not once were we asked if we wanted our water re-filled, let alone anything else at all. When you have to ask for rolls, within the span of 45 mins. time, only to be told over & over, «they’re coming soon» & still after an HOUR no rolls, it’s def. time to «re-evaluate»! Lastly, for ALL who like to dine on dinner specials, in a geriatric environment, this is the place for you!!! Good luck to whomever eats here…
