The 3 stars are for the food which is very fine. Love their sandwiches and chips. I wish I could give a separate rating for the ambiance when you eat inside. The design is very comfortable — I love the booths. But it’s like eating in a bus station. The noise from the music and the employees is irritating beyond belief. I don’t expect them to whisper, but geez guys, can you turn the music down just a little bit? You have to yell at each other to be heard. Tonight was especially noisy because they kept slamming or dropping trays. Couldn’t tell but it was bang, crash, augghhhhhhhh…
I’m not picking on this Jimmy John’s because they are ALL like that. I’ve had to take my food to my car to enjoy a little peace and quiet. Conversation? Impossible.
