Del Taco

I came in on a friday. I wanted to eat there shrimp taco. They said they where out of it. So then i ordered a deluxe chill cheese fries and three strawberry lemonade. So i was in the drive thur when i placed my order. The deluxe or a regular chill fries. So no onions and tomatos. The lemonade wasted like sweet water.

One of the most worst 24 hour restaurants nearby customer service is super horrible not to mention The food is very disappointing never had a good meal here

You could’ve done your construction AND stayed open. Fuck you and your poor planning.

Was starving at 4am. Thought it was 24 hours. Went through the drive through. Open sign on. All lights on. Nobody answered the speaker box. Drove up to the window. Nobody there either. Called, no answer. Good job del taco. I fell for your joke of being open!

This del taco is dirty, it has very bad customer service, and cold food. I am never coming here again. This happen to me twice here. I rather eat dirt than come here.

This Del Taco never hits the spot, I’ve been to other locations and they are way better. I got the fish taco combo, usually the fish is nice and crispy, at this place it was soggy, it just didn’t seem right… I also got the hard shell taco, the shell broke and was soggy as well, I don’t know why, but that’s not common of Del Taco… I’d go to the other locations but they are far from me… The fries were not good as well, also soggy and super salty… This location also has forgot stuff twice before and we realized only when we get home… Only reason for a 2 start review is because they have turkey tacos and that’s the only thing my wife eats, or else I’ll be at the Taco Bell closer to my house for a late night meal

Food tastes good but thus place is dirty, employees partying too much to pay attention to get your order right. Drive through always takes FOREVER no matter what day or time it is. This place really needs to step it up. As I type this, I have already been sitting in line for 22 minutes and still not at the window. Lazy ass people!

The cashier was a total sweety substituted guacamole in place of meat. Most restaurants try to charge you extra for guacamole. Store was clean. Hot sauce trays were organized. He even asked if I wanted an additional bag since he knew I riding on the bus. Drive thru staff is always nice here as well.

I love Del Taco, the price is right.
But I came in here the other night and everyone working here was not wearing gloves when preparing food. I even asked them why, and they told me that as long as they are constantly washing their hands its not a problem.
But I didn’t see anyone washing their hands while I was there. I just saw them using their phones and going back to making food.
That gross me out. Sorry.

Workers party in there too much .They didnt even get my order in the drive thru so when i pulled up they asked if I said my order. While i was waiting for my order they were all in there parting too much. Good thing im a calm person or i woulve blown up on that lady. I think shes the manager blonde hair, light skin with glasses.

This is so bad the tables were dirty and took so long for someone to clean and there was just two customers in there not like it was Busy and they were talking before taking orders not like they get paid a lot for The job but it least do your job right

With how consistently they mess up my orders I’m beginning to think its a management/​training issue rather than individual employees. Can’t ever order at this location without them effing something up.

Came inside to eat. Place was nice and clean and had a Christmas tree up for the holidays which was nice. The cashier was really nice. Food got to us fast. The employees making the food had smiles on. The parking is the only thing that sucks. It does not have its own lot to park. Its shared with other places in a small plaza. Cookies are good!

Can’t give it 5 stars because the parking situation is a pain and they always have only 1 person on the register so waiting in line takes a bit longer than usual. But apart from that, it’s a Del Taco. Not sure what you’d expect.

Their drive through is really quick! Thank you for a fast meal!

I have been to a lot of fast food restaurants, and I’ve dealt with the whole spectrum of employees and situations, but no place has so consistently let me down as much as this specific location. The staff is nice, but they couldn’t get an order right to save their lives. I could spent an hour writing down how many time they have got my order wrong, but I go back because I keep hoping they’ll get it together, but I guess not.
I came in last night around 1:30 am, ordered a double del, got home and turns out the double del comes with a single patty and that my fries should’t be a part of this trip. This ALWAYS happens. I don’t know how many times they’ve left out my food, how many times I’ve had single double dels, and how many times I’ve complained about the employees.
But they don’t care, they wont change. Here are some words of advice, triple check your orders, and be very meticulous. If they can fuck your order up, they will. Trust me, They’ve fucked up an iced tea before… they gave me diet cola.

Asked for 2 fish tacos– received one. Asked for scorcho sauce– got mild (is that because I’m guera?!) And I didn’t get a receipt. (Also the girl asked me to back up and pull forward again so it would reset the timer) Boo. But hey you know… it’s del… I’ll be back!

I mean, they have one simple job to do! I don’t understand why they can’t get everything right and put my entire order in the bag like they’re supposed to., instead I have to drive all the way home open the bag and see that something is missing, get really angry and then have to drive all the way back to them,. now this is fast food people get it right the first time! it’s not algebra or geometry, you know it’s simple. #pissed #FuckDelTaco # FuckFastFood

They should have more than one person trained to operate the register at all times in the restaurant. Waiting to order because the only person able to handle the register is in the bathroom is a bit lame. Having said that, the food was quick to make and very very cheap. The reason I like Del Taco is because they are open 24 hours a day. It’s nice to be able to eat when you want and not have to wait until 10:00 or 11:00 like some places.

Food has been on par with most Del Taco the few times I’ve visited this location. I remember getting an especially good churro one time. There are often some strange people drifting around this one, hence a 4 star review. Eating inside can be a bit stressful if you don’t like strangers to randomly start speaking to you.
The most memorable feature of this location is that it is in the same parking lot of the Bank of America of North Hollywood shootout fame. I’ve often parked near the wall there to chow down, while staring at the bullet holes from more than a decade past.
I LOVE DEL TACO! I’ve made it a goal to visit all of them, well close to that. The value menu and the coupons can’t be beat for a college student always on the move and hungry.
