Los Super Tacos

The only reason I gave them one Star is because you cannot post unless you give them a star. Don’t you wonder where these ladies go to the bathroom??? Well, a few times that I’ve been there I’ve seen them coming out from behind the wall of game dude with there gloves on!!! Disgusting what else can they be doing there other than urinating !! OMG !! They C OULDN’T TAKE there DAMN GLOVES OFF TO GO URINATE OR WHO KNOWS WHAT??? ! That is sooo unsanitary! This owner needs to be regulated by the helath department. I’ll never go there again if I’m going to be eating unsanitized food. This is unexceptable and disgusting!!!

I waited for 45 minutes and saw other people who ordered after me getting their food. I was starving tonight and kept me waiting too long for these nasty tacos. Won’t be coming back

Omg these are the best tacos ever! They really do grill the meat and man the salsas are soooo good! They actually are spicy and the spicy Guac is so damn good! My mouth waters thinking about these damn tacos! Every time I have gone the tacos have been amazing! I tried the tacos before they even had the taco truck and after they purchased their truck. Still good!

By far the worst taco truck experience. My husband and I stopped by this place today. He had 3 tacos and I had a chicharron quesadilla. And we both had champurrado… bad idea
Hint to leave #1 lady calling out order numbers… well more like yelling numbers out. Literally yelling them like a psychopath… i thought it was funny.
Hint to leave #2 workers calling each other pendejas and arguing in front of customers…
Hint to leave #3…the tables were dirty… Salsa table was filthy as well… and most of the buckets were empty…

They got our order wrong… so we left it as is… didn’t want to risk it… they were rude about it… as if it had been our mistake. Poor customer service… the worst!
The quesadilla was not that great in flavor… my husband said the tacos were less than average good
Idk what was in that quesadilla but we came straight home and I literally puked everything out… even this morning’s breakfast!
Not going back. 0 stars.

The asada tacos were good but not great. Instead of asada the meat was more of a cocido. anyway, the quesadillas made of
Hand made corn tortillas are bigger than your average store bought corn tortilla and delicious!
The salsas are good and there are plenty of options! Beware of the lighter red salsa because it is an habanero salsa! I love spicy food but I had no idea it was habaneros and many eyes were watering after three tacos!
Anyway if you come here, prepare for an experience. I felt like I was crashing somebody’s party or a swap meet! You can buy tacos, candy, CDS, and participate in karaōke all in one spot!

Stumbled upon this truck tonight. The place was packed and there were some other swapmeet type vendors there. Tried tacos de asada and al pastor. My bf had a burrito de asada. The meat was pretty good. Tacos a bit skimpy but burrito was huge. The salsas were the best part, several very hot ones.
I would come back for sure but order a burrito next time.

I love discovering taco trucks, you never know what treasures are lurking among those steel castings. The meat is very flavorful and juicy.

Second update. We’ve been back several times and have had no re-​occurrence of upset stomachs. Must have been a one time thing and for all we know it may not have even been from here. All is good! I still try to This is EASILY the best taco truck that I have ever been to!

This bay far is the most disgusting **cking burrito I have ever tasted in my life. I found what I hope to be, is a bone (it looks like a toenail). I’m so mad I wasted the money on gas to drive to this place. One thing I am happy about is that at least if someone ever ever ever ever ever ever ever *In my Chris Tucker Voice* recommends this place I can tell them, «kill themselves»! I gave them one star because at least the place is well lit and the condiment table is full with a nice selection. And the second star because the female they have taking the orders was hypnotizing!

I loved that these tacos are big chunks of meat and you can taste the actual «asada“taste in the carne asada. Most taco trucks now a days give you this overly chopped meat and you get actual strips of meat here at los super tacos.
They have a salsa table near the seating area and a pot of beans
and the best part of it all they sell «platanos fritos» (fried plantains) as soon as you get out you smell the platanos frying. Yum!

Los Super Tacos is a very good taco truck. It has your typical Mexican food truck standards: Burritos, Tacos, Tortas. What sets this truck apart is that they have Plantanos Fritos (fried plantains), typically only found in Central American eateries. They have a wide range of mild to spicy salsas that help customize your order and as a nice added surprise, a pot of whole beans sits next to their «salsa bar» — I suggest you get some before they run out. 2÷2÷14 was my first time here, I ordered a Carne Asada Burrito and Carne Asada Tacos — both very tasty! Inside the burrito comes rice, beans, onions, and cilantro. Tacos came plain as you can customize with the different salsas. The tacos had a nice amount of meat however the burrito could have used more. Finally, the disapointing part was that their truck states specific prices for food however when up at the window they charge you something different. Real price: $ 6 for burritos /​$ 1.25 for tacos, not 4.99 and .99 respectively.

They have the BEST TACOS I’ve ever had. Carne asada, juicy carnitas, and spicy chorizo. My favorites. They set the standard for tacos for me, all the other tacos I’ve had after I ate these tacos are laughable renditions of what a taco should be. You may think I’m exaggerating, but I don’t think so.
The green salsa they had was the BOMB it brought the heat without completing burning your face and butt off the next day like the other salsas that were out there.
I noticed that a couple months ago they stopped coming to their spot on Sherman Way and Laurel Canyon. There was a banner that had a phone number but I never stopped or drove by to see what it said.

WOWOWOWOWOW BEST CARNE ASADA FROM ANY LUNCH TRUCK IN THE HISTORY OF EVER!
I heard of this lunch truck but never passed by… Until tonight! I asked a fellow customer what to order and was told to get carne asada tacos. The customer went on to say that I will be back once I try it… Boooooy was he right!
This is legggggit carne asada… Marinated flap meat grilled over charcoal.
On top they have a plethora of toppings to add like the green and red chili sauce but my favorite is the avocado jalepeno sauce… So tasty, spicy and fresh!
I will probably be eating here for the next week or two… The truck is in a parking lot but always lots of people there. Orgasm in your mouth! Booya!

Glad to have stumbled upon this place! 99 cent delicious tacos with all the fixins!
This place usually opens up in the evenings in the small parking lot of an auto business. There is a tent set up with tables and chairs, also housing a help yourself condiment table! Fresh chopped onions, cilantro, peppers, sauces, lemon wedges, etc. Also inside is a person selling small snacks, candies and toys. Lastly, right beside the truck is usually a very skilled female grill master, send up smoke signals that the tender, well seasoned carne asada is ready to slide down your throat hole.
They also sell tortas, burritos and other mexican dishes. Definitely worth a try on the late night tip!
PS I would give them 4 stars but I have since discovered a truck with better tacos, however they don’t beat the price.

I first tried this truck about a month ago. When I ordered my al pastor tacos, there were ten orders ahead of me. When I bit into the taco, the taste exploded in my mouth. All the flavor stayed in the meat since nothing leaked out. I ordered five tacos. They were served on a thin paper plate that was dry afterwards. No grease.

No! Not fresh or tasteful.

If you like tacos, and let’s face it who doesn’t like tacos, this is a place to try. A very long time ago my mom and I went in search of the «tacos on Sherman way». I personally thought she had lost it because they were no where to be found.
At last, they reappeared just on the corner of Laurel Canyon and Sherman Way.
This is our go to place after a night out or a midnight snack craving. Actually our deal with these tacos is that it’s more of our kryptonite. They’re like Pringles, you just can’t have one.
I usually order the carne asada tacos, I think I’ve also tried the chorizo, but I prefer the carne asada ones. I hear that the salsa’s they offer are pretty delicious but I shy away from anything salsa-​esque.
AND the icing on the cake is that the tacos are only $ 1 (no tax)
For entertainment purposes: if you’re lucky enough you might catch a new movie that has just been released being screened on the small little TV hanging from the food truck and other nights they’ll have some music that you can totally tune out if its not to your liking.
*Side note: sometimes the taco truck will have it’s off days but for the most part they always hit the spot.

I drive by this corner of Laurel Canyon and Sherman Way often. There’s this truck with a tent in the parking lot of Discount Tire center always packed with people on Thursdays thru the weekend so I decided to give it a try. I just got myself a couple of asada tacos which were very fresh and tasty for $ 1 each. They have a huge selection of condiments like salsas, cilantro, onions among other things. I’ll be back fo sho.

Ok, For those of you that enjoy good tacos straight from the grille, this is the spot!
I have been here probably 4 or 5 times now and don’t know why i waited to put them on the map.
I usually order 2 of each tacos, Carne Asada, Carnitas, Chicken, Tripas, Suadero. They also have Lengua, Cabeza, Chorizo and Buche and if you’re in the mood for desert, they also make on the spot deep fried bananas for those of you who can manage to slurp the sweetness. I tried it and it took me back to when i was a kid and went to Mexico to visit.
So here is the catch! you may wait anywhere from 15 to 1−½ hours depending on the time you go, but they are open till 2am for those of you who crave some tacos after the club or party.
Here is what I found out recently. if you don’t want to wait, then call ahead and they will take your order and have it ready by the time you arrive.
