Was holding a table for friends but manager decided it was taking too long so he kicked me out even with the rest of my party was right outside trying to park.

This place is filthy(our table NEVER got cleaned from the people who sat there last) and the service is absolutely terrible. They must know they don’t have to do a good job because they apparently add a mandatory gratuity to all parties of 3ORMORE. That is ridiculous! I understand it when you’ve got like 6 or 8 people because that is harder to do, but a table of 3 seems absolutely ridiculous. The food is fine, but not nearly good enough to make up for the service, gratuity, and cleanliness issues. One of the sauces I had – sweet and sassy or something like that – was extremely bland. The garlic buffalo is actually really good, and I had no complaints about that. The cajun buffalo has a weird taste to it… not quite cajun. I also think the wings are overpriced… 12 wings for $ 13.99 seems a bit outrageous. It’s cheaper at BWW and the sauces are better there too. I will say that their«Wang-zookie» was pretty delicious(hence the two stars instead of one), but it’s also overpriced, and a very obvious rip off of BJ’s pizzookies. In short, save your money. Go to BWW or even Hooters(if the waitresses in tiny uniforms are really your thing) instead.

Every night is so slow. Tonight i went there around 9:45 and 3 waiters didn’t acknowledge us ! This is the 2nd time it happened! Service sucked. Not coming back anymore!!! They lost business now. We see everyone getting service except for us. Can’t believe this! I’m done!

Usually a fun spot to go too when watching a game, but it was crazy packed for NBA Finals & Copa America which I wasn’t surprised. The bouncer was cool when we had to wait to get in, but the hard part was getting a seat. We eventually found a spot at the bar halfway through the first quarter and our bartender was good. We didn’t bother him too much cause it was really busy but he always checked up on us for food and drinks. We had the buffalo chicken burger and it was amazing! Tater tots was was good also. Overall it was a fun experience, happy hour is good and I can’t wait to comeback for football season.

This place is Terrible the last 2 times I have been here were the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. First incident, I ordered chicken wings and fries with gravy. After eating half of the fries with gravy I bit into a chicken bone. After refraining from vomiting everywhere I asked for the manager, after showing him the bone and others I found in the fries and gravy, he responded by telling me how I probably put the bones in there my self. ??? Are you F@$king serious??? He refused to take it off our bill and only after strong argument did he do something. Most recently, they have decided to hire door guys who think they are secret service. The first NBA finals game, out of any other options to watch the game, I decided maybe give this hell hole another shot. WRONG! Dropping my girlfriend off to grab a table I parked the car. I was forcefully stopped at the door by the washed up Hollywood bouncer. After explaining my girlfriend had a seat for me inside he still refused to let me in and his assistant goon in the Chicago Bulls hat thought it appropriate to grab me and remove me to the side walk. They quote«had to teach me a lesson». F&$k this place. Their food is over priced and tastes like, service is horrible and so is the management. I would recommend waiting at buffalo wild wing even if you don’t get a table. This place deserves to burn to the ground.

This isn’t a place you go to for superior service. The waitresses have their ass cheeks hanging out of their shorts, but hey, whatever gets tips I guess? Food is okay, nothing to rave about. The boneless buffalo wings need to be renamed to «buffalo chicken tenders» because, let’s face it, that’s what they are. Not a fan of their«make it yourself bloody mary». We ordered it and the server told us to go make it ourselves. I had to kindly ask her to have them make it for us, because, at the end of the day, if I could do it myself, why the hell am I here? Fries are okay, but I haven’t dared to try any actual dishes there. Sometimes the crowd gets loud and obnoxious. Parking is whatever, they have a structure or you can find street parking. The upside is there are TVs all around. We usually go with a group to watch football or basketball, but it’s definitely not our #1 choice.

Been sitting here for 15 mins no one has greeted us and no one is doing shit just standing sitting around place isn’t packed, we move to the bar thinking that would get us service but the lady was fucking rude it’s only two people sitting at the bar. Forget this place we left headed to somewhere else seems this place as went down hill.

This one star is for Lee @the door. I had a Gatorade in my hand as I was picking up a #Pickup order. It’s not like I was walking in with a vodka and coke, I don’t drink but it’s beside the point. I had my helmet on so I didn’t hear him speaking to me and my music was playing… So when I responded«I’m just hear to pick up an order» his response… Wait for it… «Loose the attitude!» It took all of my strength not to laugh. And instead of stopping there he continued with the #Attitude thing. At this point I had to respond to his«we got off on the wrong foot comment» because it wasn’t sincere, so my response was«we did get off on the wrong foot» and I walked away… I don’t like to rail on establishments online, when they have bad service but I didn’t even get in the door. I live a mere .8 miles away and if he is what we have to deal with walking in the door at night I’ll take my business elsewhere for a sit down #barfood experience. Wings are great but this BS door guy with an attitude means I’ll have to take my patronage elsewhere!!!

One of the rudest establishments I have ever been to. Their customer service is absolute crap and the bouncer at the front is a damn heathen who doesn’t know how to do his job. It’s like if Charles Barkley had an aneurysm and a stroke then Survived and then produced this guy. Place wasn’t even at capacity and they were just straight up rude.

I prefer this place over BDubbs. The lemon pepper chicken wings here are the best! It can become crowded when there are games or karaōke night. The service here has been great to me. Parking is best right behind the establishment of you can’t find street parking.

Ordered last night through Grub Hub. For myself, a BLT. Instead, I got a BCT(Bacon, COLESLAW, and tomato). The coleslaw sucked, so when I bit into the sandwich it all sucked. I tried calling Wang’s, but no reply. I ended up scraping off the coleslaw and getting s piece of lettuce out of the fridge and fixing it myself. Another part of the order they totally FORGOT the side. So, start with mediocre food AND screw up the order AND not take care of it, you’ve got three strikes. That gets you 1 star. If I could give them ZERO, I would. Bottom line: eat someplace else.

Came here for the first time and had a pretty good experience. UCL game was on and the place was pretty packed. Nice and lively environment. Our server Corbin was nice and friendly, but didn’t really tell us about the happy hour deals until after we ordered. Food was good. I really liked their wings — they’re crispy and tasty, not too salty. I recommend the lemon pepper wings with some extra sauce. The heart attack fries were ok. We ordered it with tater tots instead of fries. Also got the mac and cheese on a sizzling plate, drizzled some buffalo sauce on it to make it better! Go during happy hour to get the best deals :) 5pc wings, heart attack fries, and mac and cheese for $ 6 each!

Terrible! Pizza fries came cold, undercooked Pepperoni and barely any tomato sauce. The lemon pepper wings were dry, and over cooked almost burned. No flavor, just burned wings… terrible food. What happened to you big wangs?

Met some people on the patio Saturday night for a birthday. It was busy night but not crazy balls to the wall busy. Never saw our server once, apparently it was a woman? She never appeared in the entire 45 mins I was there. Had to go to the bar to get drinks on our own because no one ever came to the table, ever. Was going to drink, eat, etc, but the service was literally non existent. We had to ask for the check from the other server that was out there, we left and they missed out on at least $ 100 worth of food, drinks, etc from us. Wonder how many times this happens a night. I don’t know how this place stays open, the service and the food get worse every time single time I go. I guess people just want to drink beer & watch sports on tv? Anything beyond that, you’re just about fucked here.

I have only been here twice and remember liking it well enough the first time! The second time, I ordered pick up and just felt that the customer service was a little lacking that day, however the food is great and they have good happy hour items! I got the spinach artichoke dip to go and it was awesome AND on the happy hour menu for a cheaper price. Winning. I’ll come back here for a real happy hour soon

Went here on a slow night for a quick«Bar» experience, and contrary to most of the bad-service reviews, the service was actually pretty good. Except the food. Sat on the patio(facing the sidewalk) and while our server was very attentive, the food was raw and not well prepared. We ordered chicken tacos(2 plates) and found some pinkish hue inside most of them, safe or not, these tacos were not eatable. Ordered wings, same thing, most were pinkish, soggy, and definitely under-cooked. Then ordered potato skins and the bacon was absolutely raw(almost uneatable) As said, the service was great, but the food, not so much. Save yourself a food-poisoning experience, and just walk across the street to the Federal.

I’m hoping this was just a 1-time thing, but I have noticed the service is getting slower and slower. This Wednesday, a friend and I went to grab a drink after a workout(we’re the healthiest!). We sat outside, ordered beers, boneless wings and tater tots. Simple stuff. The beers came fairly quickly, but the food did not. At first we thought ok, it’s all night happy hour, we just have to wait a little longer. We’re pretty patient people, and we had our beer. But we sat for 20 minutes watching others get their food, get seated, get served, etc… still nothing. FINALLY, our waitress came back. We reminded her. She rushed off to get our food(or so we thought.) 15 minutes later, still nothing. No waitress, no food. But the 6-top seated well after us sure had theirs… so did every other person in our section. Eventually we tracked her down, canceled the food, paid for the beer and left. But no apologies, nothing. Just an «I took the food off your bill» — which, damn right, we never got it. I’m fine with waiting a while if there’s attentive service, or if everyone’s getting the same service. I’m not ok being the only table in the area with no food and an absentee waitress.

So after my last 3-star review, I was contacted by a Clinton E. in customer service and he said this: «Dear Chanel Thank you very much for your feedback and we’re very sorry for your less than stellar experience. While customer service is a focus for us at Wangs — sometimes you just get a bad wing! We’d really like a second chance and hope you’ll join us for a Lil’ Wang on us! If you could, please email ********************** and let us know the location you visited and any information(names/dates/times) you could share to help us make sure your next experience better. Best regards, Big Wangs Customer Care» I emailed them and let them know my experience and what I said here on Unilocal.I was never emailed back, never contacted again. The free wings were bogus. Anyways, whereas I MAY have considered going back after my first review, I’m definitely not returning now and will tell people who mention this place not to waste their time or money.

I loooooove Big Wangs,…the buffalo wings are great yes they have stopped the 25 cent wings on wednesday all night but they still do it till 10pm. They actually have a good reason they felt it was getting too crazy and some fights were breaking out so, for the safety of their customers they decided to cut it off early… but still doing the 25 cent wings. They also have it on sat. 11pm — 4pm. I think the waitress are very friendly and that’s always a plus I recently went with a group of about 8 people we had a great time the waitress even bought us a round of shoots for the whole group… THAT’S, what I call customer service… If u ask me… lol.
