Good service good food. First mongolian bbq I’ve been to that has smaller bowls for kids, with friendly staff.

Didn’t even eat here. I walked in and the floor was sticky and dirty. It wasn’t busy in the seating area. 4 patrons in there. I Cannot see why someone cant mop up the floor so that it would be easy to walk to a table. It didn’t seem like it was dirty from a days worth of heavy traffic but from Neglect. I have owned multiple business one been a cleaning business that serviced restaurants and offices. If the front is that bad the kitchen were food and utensils cant be any better. Absolutely disgusting. Sorry a restaurant shouldn’t be that grimy .So I walk in and walked out after seeing The place. When serving the public you just have to do better. You have only one chance for a first inpression

I have never been here before but when I walked in immediately i didn’t understand how it worked. But Melissa the hostess was very nice and helped me with every step of the way. You picked your own uncooked meat and veggies and then they cooked it in front of you. The food was amazing and the service was even better. I will definitely eat here again.

The food was really good but the place is not clean. They open at 11am on Sunday and the floors, counters and tables where dirty. Need a good clean up. Food area never got wiped down where people have dropped veggies and meat.

This was my first experience with Mongolian barbeque. It was really cool to be able to choose what I wanted in my bowl from the meat to the seasoning and sauce. However, the line was long, it took awhile and I wasnt blown away with the food. It definitely was a different experience.

This place is good, but it depends on what day you go and how busy they are. Wait time to get your food cooked can be anywhere from 5 – 30 mins! On their busiest days, the wait can be about 30 mins. But they try their best to get you in and out. When we first started going to this place, the young girl would immediately serve the soup and egg roll, while you picked your items and had it cooked. But by the time you got back to your table, the soup would be warm, if not cold. The last few visits, she brought out the soup after you sat back down at your table, which was nice because the soup was still hot(especially for those rainy cold days). The staff and service here is great! But I would recommend that they keep their veggie and sauce area clean, as it gets very messy pretty quick, especially on busy days! Which is why I’m only giving 4 stars.

Only Mongolian I have found around here that compares to my favorite place in Yuba city. Tasty food and friendly staff. Pretty much any veggie you would want is available. Byron the server was really friendly, and the chef was cracking me up helping me tease my fiancé. Good atmosphere. :)

Food is delicious. Byron is awesome. He kinda intimidates me though. He is just so awesome, that I feel less awesome by proximity. It’s totally not his fault, but the awesome just radiates from him. Service is excellent and friendly.

I really enjoyed this restaurant! I stopped by for a quick lunch before heading back to the Bay Area! Customer service was excellent and not overbearing. Everything was fresh and the price was perfect. Great place for lunch and fast service considering it’s not fast food.

This place gets a 2. The two young ladies who work at the hostess stand have ZERO customer service skills. No greeting upon arrival, had to ask for waters and was told to go remind the cashier who was serving a 10 person line. Lots of open seats, only 5 other diners seated when we arrived that were already eating. Food is good and Binh is friendly and accommodating! Servers never returned to offer refills on water… pretty necessary for Chinese food.

By far the worst experience I’ve had eating lunch in almost a year. After I was handed an empty bowl, I waited in line to get up to the buffet for 30 minutes. And by the time I actually sat down and ate my food it had been 45 minutes since I walked in. This establishment does not know how to staff correctly during the lunch hour. The food tasted burnt and very low-quality. No one was wearing gloves, and there was a number of ingredients that were completely out. I will never go back.

I can’t get enough of Kim Son Mongolian and I’m super stoked they don’t mind! I never order off the menu ~ I make my own bowl and watch them fry it up in front of me! I love their selection of items I can put in my bowl and I really love their noodle size too. Typically I take it to go because I can’t be trusted with their all you can eat attitude… You think it’s okay for me to unbutton my pants so I can make another bowl? Yeah, me neither… I’ll pass on the soup because I always pass on the soup. I’ll take the egg roll even though it’s not that great and I’ll also take the fortune cookies even though they taste weird… Yes, I said it: the worst part of their menu are the free fortune cookies they don’t make. Who’s gonna cry and complain about fortune cookies though? NOT me!!! As a matter of fact I think I’m gonna head on over to this little place now… A+ Kim Son!

I have been living 15 minutes away from this place in years and I always was curious about this food. So today I decided to try their food. And I couldn’t be happier… Amazing and super friendly service also. I totally recommend this place.

$ 7.39 for a To Go lunch! You pick your meat, fresh veggies, noodles and/or rice and sauce. They stir fry it up for you. And it’s one flat rate! Pile on the food! Awesome deal! The staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean. Another awesome plus is they have boba!
