Why don’t you hire some help. Way too few employees and way too many customers, waiting way too long to get your damn food. whoever manages this is a joke

I LIKEIT Maybe it’s me but this place never seems to be busy. it’s surrounded by lots of other choices so maybe that has something to do with it. The food seems to be consistent, and usually pretty good. No weird food anomalies to report. I’m a sucker for the cole slaw… I know… I’m weird. I’ve been eating the chicken tenders lately with a variety of sauces. If I could figure out how yo type a chicken noise I would put it right here.

Poor customer service! They make you buy something BEFORE you can use the restroom! So i bought a soda and told the gal to keep it. So it cost me $ 2 to use the restroom. I am a customer, but that is the last time I use this KFC.

Very bad service at this KFC. Debra, the manager at this KFC, does not listen, and talks over you when explaining the problem. She also said she would delete any emails that come in from corporate about my complaint. Very disappointed.

Terrible service. Didn’t offer credit card receipt. Took a long time to get the food after ordering, and it was a small order. High prices. Trashy. They were out if several menu items.

Before we even got our drink cups filled, our to go order was ready. I had Famous Mash Potato Bowl with extra cheese and it was excellent.

Drive thru review people. Most of the fast food reviews from me are from the drive thru and the service I receive here, so here it goes. Now its my beautiful woman and myself thinking of what we’re going to eat for dinner and what do you know, it’s KFC for chow. I have to say that I really can’t remember ever having a bad experience in any KFC before and I didn’t get one here either. COUPONTIME, 10 pieces of chicken for $ 12 bucks, get it!!! buck buck buck hahahaha well I thought that was funny. Anyways, we get to the drive thru and place the order for the 10 piece bucket of chicken ONLY extra crispy, yes all of the pieces EXTRACRISPY, then the girl says that if it’s OK if one of the breasts can be original because they DON’T HAVEANYMORE extra crispy breasts, WAITWAITWAIT what do you mean you don’t have any more breasts, so we get into this back and forth thing where she keeps telling me that they don’t have any more extra crispy breasts so then I ask if they can make more or if they just DON’T HAVEANYMOREPERIOD! so THEN she says, «yes that’s what I mean» that they will have to make more but it’ll take some time to cook and if we want to wait for it to be done then they can do it or if it’s OK for us to just take only one original chicken breast with the rest of the chicken extra crispy, so I say just throw it in there it’s OK. Now if she had said from the start that they would have to cook more and that we would just have to wait for it then we would have been done with this a long time ago. COMMUNICATIONPEOPLE, learn it live it love it. Now the chicken was delicious and other than that Lil hick up from the service I received, this gets 4 stars CUSTOMERSERVICE =5 stars(even with the communication issue) CHICKEN= 5 stars –1 star for an original recipe piece = 4 stars Overall it was a good experience and will come back another day for hopefully ALL crispy chicken pieces.

I used to go there almost daily for my lunch break. The employees are usually friendly, although you could tell they were absolutely bored working there. There’s usually some homeless people who frequent this KFC and sometimes they bother the customers begging for money and /or food. I’ve observed people going to the drive-thru and then come inside because their order still hadn’t arrived over 10 mins. They’d yell at the employees and threaten to call the corporate office. I didn’t have any problems because I just ordered inside of the restaurant and my order only took about 2 minutes to prepare. The floor was usually sticky and the tables weren’t always clean. Kinda hard to find a clean spot to sit sometimes.

I had to stop by and pick up something quick on my way home from work — bucket of chicken, right? It’s been years since I’ve been to KFC because we’ve got Popeye’s in Sacramento, so why would anyone ever go to KFC? Because it’s on your way home and Popeye’s isn’t — is the only reason that I’ve found for years. Chicken has gotten really expensive. I expected each piece of dark meat to be less than $ 1 each, but that wasn’t the case — it was $ 14 after tax for a 10 piece of all dark-meat. That just seems crazy expensive to me. I also got half grilled and half extra crispy and the grilled was good — better than I had expected it to be… but I don’t know if this is bucket-o-chicken dynamics, or what, but my extra crispy was super soggy. No crunch at all because it was soaked in grease. On top of that my drive-through experience took me about 10 minutes — no exaggeration. At one point when I was talking to the box, the mic was shut off for over a minute whilst I contemplated driving up to the window. Overall: Bad Chicken, Bad Experience, Too Much for Too Little. Go to Popeye’s!
