Worst hair experience ever… She had 3 clients going at once so I barely even got to speak before she started doing things I didn’t want to my hair. She painted the bottom half of my hair an awful red brown before I could even say I wanted all over highlights. Then the highlights were even worse. She painted full foils of hair instead of weaving hair in and out, which resulted in the chunkiest highlights ever, which I hate! If I had been able to speak, I could’ve said I like thin natural looking highlights, but I doubt that would’ve helped since I watched her do the same thing to the other girls in there. She then had her«assistant» wash and blow dry my hair. The assistant used her gross acrylic nails to «brush» my hair and ripped out so much hair in the process of blow drying it I wanted to cry. I have never been to a salon where I was being juggled with 2 other clients and then had finger nails used to blow dry my hair. It was the trashiest and worst experience I could’ve imagined and I will not be going back. I didn’t realize highlights could even be screwed up this much… All for $ 120.

I love Cassie’s she always manages to squeeze me and and has always done an excellent job. Whether it’s a trim color or an oops I did at home. She rocks and I’ll never go anywhere else!!! I recommend her to everyone!

I have personally never had my hair done by Cassie, but my wife has and absolutely loves it! Cassie was able to fit my wife in last minute and helped to fix a botched hairstyle from before and it looks amazing. I highly recommend Cassie!

Cassie, quite simply, is incredible. I found her on Facebook and couldn’t be more pleased with the results I’ve received after two appointments with her(and my next one in just a couple weeks!) I took in a picture of a haircut that I really wanted, my previous stylist had tried to give it to me and it just didn’t turn out right. Cassie looked right at the picture and within a minute told me that it was not right for my texture and thickness of hair. I was so thankful for her honesty. Being passive when it comes to your hair is a mistake — I think it’s important to tell your stylist if you are not happy with your results so that they have the chance to try and fix it for you. It doesn’t sound like the previous reviewer did — that is the fault of the reviewer and not the stylist. Don’t say you’re fine with the haircut if you’re not. You’re doing a disservice to both yourself and the stylist — they don’t want you to be unhappy, a lot of their business comes from word-of-mouth. My color has always been gorgeous and exactly what I wanted because I went in there with a plan and allowed Cassie to give me her professional input as to adjustment that may better suit me. My hair is complimented all the time. Cassie is very efficient and her prices are more than reasonable. A++++

I waited on purpose to complete a review on my services at this salon. I feel that it’s only right in order to be able to give a great review to others who seek the same of any business. I found Cassie through recommendations on Facebook. My first appointment with her was to get my hair trimmed from a grown out bob and update my highlights. I gave her a picture of what I wanted and did not even come close to that result. Passive as I am, I said it was fine and hoped it would grow out okay at least. The funny thing about that appointment is she gave me the EXACT haircut as the client before me. No biggie. The highlights were fine and had no problem. This service was $ 90 all together not to include tip. My second appointment was another haircut. And of course, same style and I waited an extra 15 as she finished up another client before me. I waited patiently and as I got my cut, I noticed it was the exact cut without any fine tuning. She took those scissors and ran it through my hair and razor thereafter. A blow dry and quick flat iron and supposedly I was done. I told her I didn’t have time for a color and her demeanor changed. She charged me $ 40 and I added a tip. My third appointment, I asked for highlights and to go a little more blonde. She went REALLY blonde and chunky.(not my style and didn’t ask what I wanted) Also, I realized thereafter that it was the most sloppy job ever with uneven highlights and so far from my scalp! I was so upset. She charged me $ 90 and I found out a few days afterwards that they were partial highlights and not full. That I felt was my last straw and overcharged!!! I feel terrible recommending her to my friend who took her daughter and felt the results they had were the same. Rushed, didn’t care and not enough training or expertise to give the client what they want or really need. She is her own business but really in it to make the $$. No care or quality to her work what so ever. I WILLNOTGOTOHERAGAINANDYOUSHOULDNOTEITHER. Moving on. .
