I had the most amazing experience today while getting my hair cut and colored by Angela. The staff were very friendly and talkative. Angela listened to what I wanted and then offered suggestions– my hair looked amazing. Not at anytime did I feel like she was rushing or annoyed. I was also listening to the way the other ladies were interacting with the other customers since customer service is a big thing to me and everyone of the were great– one even convinced a guy to try a different cut that looked great!!! Go see these ladies you will not regret it!!!

I have been there three times and only once have I left with what I asked for. The stylists are generally mediocre at best and know nothing of how to deliver decent customer service.
