I eat here about 2 times a week. The staff are always friendly and the food is always fresh. The price is good. I would highly recommend this shop.

The food is decent. Nothing special, but decent. However the service is not. They’ll stop making your sandwich and just spontaneously go to the next person in line. Not pass you off to someone else like at Chipotle or Piada, mind you, but just simply walk away.
Also they have this horrible habit that seems rampant throughout the company of stopping in the middle of making a sandwich to take things off without saying a single word.
Also the «foot long» is less than a foot, which is something none of them seem to understand what’s wrong with.
