My daughter and I just got breakfest burritos from there. She left the lower portion of hers so I took it and had a bite of it. I ended up spiting it out into the wrapper cause it tasted funny. There was mold on the tortilla shell. I called them to complain but they transferred me all over the place because half of them can’t speak English. I will never go back and I told them if my daughter gets sick I will make sure they are held responsible for this. McDonalds is not what it use to be, no wonder they are going downhill.

Awful service– very sloooow drive thru times– i hate coming to this McDonalds location because the staff is unprofessional and basically i’d rather save my $ and not go here. Biggest problem is the cold food and the drive thru employees are constantly giving the wrong orders all the time. Why should i waste my time?

Drive-thru service is isn’t always the greatest and when i ask for condiments they are often left out. It does take a long time for my food to be prepared.

Drive through is very bad. I was waiting for 10 minutes in the right lane and no one took my order, I had to tell the cars behind me that this lane is not working and we all had to drive back and to the left side lane. Bad service won’t come back.

There has been a definite slide in service and quality since this McDonald’s was closed and rebuilt last year. I used to be a regular at this location which is convenient to me when I work or go to the gym, but I find myself purposely avoiding it now. The orders are consistently wrong and the general level of service is just bad. I also hate that you can’t pull out of the drive-thru back into the parking lot anymore. A good example of how something good was turned into something pretty bad very quickly.

I used to be a regular patron at this McDonald’s location before it was remodeled. Since they reopened the service and quality of food has been dreadful. Since the reopening, the service has been very slow and every time there has been something wrong with my order. For example, today I ordered a medium coffee and a medium fry. When I received the food, my fries were room temperature. This leads me to believe that the employees are leaving food sitting out which can become a health concern. My coffee was not even room temperature… it was cold which was disgusting. I threw out the food and went to a café down the street to get a hot cup of coffee to feed my craving. I have also been hearing a plethora of poor reviews on this locations since it has reopened. I really hope something is done about both the quality of service as well as the food quality soon; I would truly hate to lose such a convenient location!
