Taco Bell

Came here at the urging of my nieces. Pull up to the drivethrough, told to «order when ready.» Oh hey thanks btw for welcoming me to Taco Bell. Anyways, they wanted the burrito supreme and a $ 1 chicken quesadilla. I think it was a $ 1. Maybe a little bit more. After I ordered, I sat for about 20 minutes until it was my turn to pull up. The girl took my money, gave me these sorry excuses for food (didn’t find that out until I went home though), and said «sorry» and then shut the window. No lady, I’m sorry for even entertaining my nieces when they wanted to eat here. Next time I’ll pass and get them food actually worth eating.
I didn’t eat their food, but from the looks of it I probably would have thrown it in the trash. Burrito lacked any substance. In fact, not really sure what the heck was in there. The quesadilla looked pitiful. But what more can you ask for when it comes to fast food? Then again, when I go to an actual authentic Mexican restaurant the food is fast and tasty and it looks good. Not sure what Taco Bell’s problem is. Anyways, There you have it. Never will go back and especially won’t go back to this location.

I don’t understand the latest negative reviews… I’ve been living in the Norfolk area for about half a year, and this is the main spot I run to when I get the «late night munchies». I’ve never had an issue with the correctness of my order, and the drive thru workers are always nice.

I went to this taco bell the other day and asked for a cantina bowl with no meat and no dairy, and they perfected the order. I was extremely impressed with how fast they were and how accommodating they were to my specifications. However, after going today I can confidently give this location one star. After asking for, once again, a veggie cantina bowl with no meat and no dairy the cashier asked me to repeat the order. I told him again I wanted no meat and no dairy. He asked me about the «no dairy» part and i told him no sour cream, ranch, or cheese. Mind you, this was the same cashier as the other day. While waiting for my order, the person making it asked if avocado and guacamole was fine and i said yes. When I got my order I saw a chicken cantina bowl with cheese, sour cream, and ranch. I was so disappointed because the other day they had done such a good job, and I expected them to get it right after telling them my order at least three times. Most likely won’t be going out of my way for this taco bell again.

If I could give this no stars I would.
Yes, it’s a fast food chain but holy hell! Wish I had seen the other reviews before I stopped here because it seems they have a running record of messing up orders. But I had to find out the hard way. Only thing right with my order was my drink.
Don’t go to this Taco Bell. Save yourself the time, effort, and patience and go to the next closest one.

Out of all the bells in the area this one always gives me trouble. Either from missing items or wrong drink. One time I got extra food… no complaints there. Usally exempt something to be off. But as far as speed thay have that down.

Absolutely disgusting. Hardly put any cheese on my quesarito. There was no liquid cheese on it or anything. :(

Not really sure how to rate a Taco Bell. I usually get this after a late night out and have nothing to eat. I just go through he drive thru so I can’t review the inside. Pretty sure it’s no different from other bells.

Don’t expect smiles at the counter, but you can expect to get quick service, some highly saturated food, and if you don’t like the taste of your food, TELL THEM, they’ll make something you do like.

They always try to rip you off with what you order by barely putting the right amount of ingredients in the items, rude service, slow.

Almost a year ago, I did a review on this Taco Bell that wasn’t very favorable. However, I’m happy to report that they have made a complete 180 degree turn around and in my opinion have redeemed themselves as having one of the best drive-thru’s I’ve ever used. I don’t know the name of the lady at the drive thru wondow during lunch, but she deserves the highest praise. Over the past few weeks, she has been uplifting, positive, and all around customer focussed. She truly has made a tremendous difference and I appreciate her service!!! Here’s to a job well done!!!
