This place just keeps going down the tube! The salad on the salad bar was slimy. The ranch dressing tasted a little sour. The kitchen could not cook a burger to save their life. I ordered a triple prime burger with cheddar cheese, mayo, lettuce, and tomato. When it came to me, it was burnt, lacking cheese, and they placed the burnt burger on top of my lettuce and tomato which if you know anything about cold veggies and hot patties, then you know you are basically serving me limp hot veggies now(GROSS). When I told the waitress, who was very nice through this whole awful food experience, she took it back and had them correct it. And by the way, the same thing happened to my mother’s burger. So both burgers are back to the kitchen and we wait. And wait. And wait. Finally, the burgers arrive. My mother’s was burnt to a crisp and wrong again and mine was burnt to a crisp so much so that the cheese that was added to it had practically disintegrated. Oh wait, and the hot burger was put on top of the lettuce, AGAIN. The manager came over and apologized, because that’s what they are suppose to do, but had the audacity to ask if we wanted them to make another one. Are you kidding me? They couldn’t make it right the first two times, why would I wait for a third?!? Then, she said we will take them off your check. Duh… I didn’t eat your food so you’re right I won’t be paying for it. I mean, they were burgers. How hard is it to cook a burger? Apparently, very hard. I won’t be coming back to this place EVER.

We had Rodney as a waiter and he was awesome and took great care of us! As far as the rest of this place it is horrible! It smells like dirty mop in all the other employees are nasty and if you get a server of the opposite race you are treated even worse. I strongly discourage you from coming to this place! I recommend the one on newtown rd. it is 90% better!

Just went to my favorite Ruby Tuesdays and was completely heartbroken. We were sat right away but we sat for 15 minutes with no one to come and take our drink order or even an appetizer. We weren’t even greeted by a waiter/ress. NOTONE! Horrible service. We actually just got up and left. As we left the hostess said«have a good evening». SHEWASTHEONEWHOSATUS! So rude. I don’t know what happen but I am very disappointed.

Usually the experience is fair; however, today… not so much! Our waitresses were adamant that we do not move seats to keep the check in order. LOWANDBEHOLD checks are still messed up, someone who doesn’t eat pork got pork on their plate and then the cook just took it off and sent the plate back to our table! I’ve noticed that it al depends on who the management is for the day.

We stopped by for a light dinner since we’d eaten out too much this last week. Two chose the chicken noodle soup and I chose the salad bar. Service was okay but considering soup was the only item coming from the kitchen and there weren’t many people in the restaurant, it was pretty slow. Soup: Not very good. One received no noodles in his soup other than a spec or two in the bottom. The broth was not a typical chicken broth either. We definitely would not recommend ordering the chicken noodle soup. Salad Bar: Considering the price was $ 8.99 there wasn’t much on it. A couple extra salads at the end of the bar with no soup or no fruit. It was pretty blah but much better than the soup the other two ordered.

So, my little sis is in town and wanted the salad bar from here. I haven’t been to a Ruby Tuesday’s in probably at least 10 years, and now I remember why. The place was appeared pretty clean, but smelled like a wet musty rag. After a long day, I ordered a Long Island which arrived relatively quickly, but was almost clear in color. Not sure what they actually served me… I decided on the Chicken Fresco which looked very appealing in the photo on the menu. A nice plump chicken breast with sliced tomatoes on top, served with 2 sides. I ordered the rice pilaf and the zucchini. What I actually received was a chicken breast that looked like someone beat the crap out of it with a mallet, 3 slices of a tiny, mealy tomato on top, and I kid you not FIVE slices of zucchini. Five little circles. Must have been like an 8th of a zucchini. Needless to say the entire dish was a total let down and I had it boxed up after 2 bites. The hubby will enjoy it for lunch tomorrow since I wasn’t impressed. My sis had the salad bar and a burger. I’m about 99% sure the burger was one of those frozen patties that you can buy in a box. Gross. She enjoyed it though, along with her fries. The salad bar was clean, well stocked, and looked fresh. I most likely won’t be back here, unless it was to enjoy some happy hour drinks(aside from the Long Island).

Not a place I frequent nor would go back to on my own. Service blah and everything just felt sticky. My daughter LOVES the Mac & Cheese and they do give back to the community.

The service and food was really good. The manager even came by and asked if I enjoyed my meal. Huge major plus! I had buffalo chicken tenders and fries. Nothing special… but, I’ve eaten at places that have even gotten that wrong. I’ll be back!

If you want rude service, and cold tasteless food, this is the place for you. This place is way overpriced for the quality of food. Save your money, you are better off with fast food, if you want a fantastic Italian meal with warm friendly service drive down the road another few blocks to Regino’s. Reasonable priced and family owned for over 50 years.
