McDonald’s

I reallly had the taste for a milkshake and there machine was down. That shoulda been fixed earlier!!!

Definitely the Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Soda is never sweet. Ice cream machine is always down. Management is terrible. Better off driving a few extra miles and be satisfied with fast food elsewhere.

This place is the worst. Expect to wait longer for your food than ever before. And when you finally do get it, don’t expect a smile or a thank you from the staff.
But sadly, it’s the only fast food place within a few miles. Avoid if you can.

Order screen never works so I’m always having to double check the receipt for accuracy, today I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel, charged me for steak egg and cheese. Soda fountain out of order today, ice cream machine perpetually ‘being cleaned’

Hunger pains were exploding in my tummy and I needed some food. The first place I saw was this place, so not knowing what was in the area I decided to pull over for a quick bite to eat.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
As I entered several female employees were behind the counter and there was no one in line. The restaurant had four people at one table dining and the rest of the place was empty. The two women just stared at me as I walked up to place my order. A first impression of friendliness would be appreciated like hello or a smile. Instead it was a stare down as if I was a fricken alien. Management, please expect some sort of a greeting from your employees to a customer. It goes a long way in how your customer feels welcomed to your place of business. Not only that, but first impressions set the tone.
FOOD:
The sausage egg mcmuffin was good and as expected. The cinnamon rolls were as hard as a rock and obviously stale. Such a disappointment! I had to use the knife and got one piece out of the entire order, and tossed the rest. What a waste of money. The decaf coffee tasted like it had been there for hours cooking away.
CLEANLINESS or lack thereof:
As I approached the unoccupied tables with my food I saw that there was not one clean table available to sit. I went back to the counter and asked if someone could wipe a table down for me. The male employee came out and did so, and was very nice about it, but then went back behind the counter where there was still no customers waiting to order. He could have cleaned the rest of the restaurant and what an improvement that would have made!
CUSTOMER SERVICE again:
I proceeded to eat my food and that’s where I realized I needed a fork for the cinnamon roll. I approached the counter and the female employee just looks at me, similar to what I received at the entrance. I kindly request a fork and she hands it to me and I thank her. The entire exchange not one word from her such as «hi» «can I help you?» «You’re welcome» wtf? Sorry to bother you… wait, isn’t your job CUSTOMER service oriented? smh
I just don’t get it. All of these things that I think are subpar could be rectified with simple decency to all human beings: being nice. And then the coffee and cinnamon roll should be better. The place wasn’t busy. The unkept dining area. No excuse. Just what appears as lazy employees that don’t have a standard that their employer should expect.
Go to another Mickey D’s. They’re everywhere!

This is an ok McDonald’s. My only experience here is for breakfast via the drive through. Every once in while on the way to work I’ll pop in here as it’s on the way. Service is usually pretty quick in the mornings. I don’t think I’ve ever had more than 2 cars in front of me. All in all pretty standard.

The workers at this one only have messed up my order twice. The workers fault. I asked for no cheese yet there’s cheese. Not happy!!!

Hmph! Everytime I go to this McDonalds, their ice cream or shake machine or Frappé machine is down. Today is St. Patrick’s Day, and I ordered a Shamrock Shake. Well guess what… the shake machine was down, supposedly. I mean really… on St. Patricks Day… the busiest day you would be selling the Shamrock Shakes??? What is going on at this McDonalds…

Horrible… they were slow… they refried the fries… and then did not salt them… their food was not properly prepared and they did not tell us they were out of crispy until we were already at the window… do not go there… horrible! you will be disappointed!

Whatever… don’t judge me.
Sometimes, McDonald’s is just exactly what you want. Unfortunately, that fast food industry is generally run (at least at the counter) by a bunch of lazy slackers.
Not the case at this McDonald’s. Very friendly, fast, accurate. The ladies at the counter actually seemed happy to be there that morning. This is not one of the fancy remodeled locations… this place hasn’t had that kind of attention in a long time. I hope they keep it up, the industry needs to see that good service and fast food can coexist.
