Their essential oils are very essential. I’ve been a customer for 15 years, a migraine sufferer for just a bit longer. And when I discovered Aveda, I incorporated their products into my lifestyle. Aromatherapy works. Aveda is the best for that.
Recently, I had a migraine in the mall and wandered into Aveda for some instant relief. The sales associate showed me something new, rubbed the oils on my temples, gave me some [comforting] caffeine-​free herbal tea and sent me on my merry way. Holistic wellness is the new black. Don’t act like I never told ya.

Birthday gift from Aveda is a free custom scent full sized product $ 25 value. I’m not sure when I signed up for this but the postcard came in the mail as a birthday gift. I’m sad about the times I didn’t get an offered freebie because I thought the drive was too far and I know they’ll be looking for me to make a purchase. It was worth it though. Smelling all of the custom blends and selecting the one I felt «spoke to me» Session with associate where you get to pick your custom scent. She had me smell about 10 different bottles. Most I couldn’t identify the fragrance mix. I had a very difficult time picking out my favorites. The decision process felt like it took forever! I picked to have the massage oil, which I love! But I wonder if I would have LOVED the Jasmine Rose perfume as much. I’ve been told the 2016 birthday gift offer will be different.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about all products. They will often offer you super hot tea. I accept it.

I love the smell of aveda products but the cost is crazy expensive.

I love it! But they are too expensive to purchase all I want here.
Now they have fantastic products to balance your chakras. When I was really into Yoga, I cared about them. Today’s visit there reminded me of many those ancient knowledges. They have a free session for it now. It’s pretty interesting. You should try it!
One of my friends changed all her hair products from Fekkai to Aveda. She is happy with her beautiful hair now;)

I love this Aveda. Simone has been a huge help to my fiancé and I. She’s also a sales beast. Don’t be intimidated, she’ll suggest the right things for you, and still make a connection with you so you don’t feel like you’re just a customer. She also helped my fiancé set up a surprise spa day for me. they were already having the spa day in there but they helped him pay for it as well as my shampoo/​conditioner gift and keep it a surprise. Got hair done, eyebrows done, facial, hand massage, make up, it was pretty awesome. I’ll probably be going back soon for some face products. I wish I can take this Aveda back to San Diego when I move back.

I luuuvvvvv Aveda. I’ve already left a review for The Best Body Co. in Virginia Beach near the convention center which is where I used to go to get my hair cut and spa services where they exclusively use Aveda products. Smells like heaven in there.
This store is great — it’s an Aveda Pure Privilege location and experience center so they often run little promotions and give freebies to those who are Pure Privilege members, which I am (I am saving up points for the like 200,000 point vacation — I figure at this pace I’ll be able to go on it when I’m about 65).
The employees here are really friendly, they always offer some of the delicious licorice warm tea when you come in and can mix you up some personalized perfume or bath gel if you’d like.
