Victoria’s Secret

This location was very well stocked and has a nice floor plan. It is bright and the staff is friendly. The staff was very helpful and the service they provided was excellent. Sign up as a reward customer and they email you many great offers.

Awful. Worst Victoria’s Secret I’ve ever been to with the worst customer service. After spending a half hour in the store trying to buy a bra I left empty handed because everyone at the check out is completely incompetent.

This store is awesome. I had bought some Pj’s online turns out there too big. So I called them to see if they had the same style in my size ahead of time. The lady was super nice and helpful. She ran to the back and found exactly what I was talking about and then was willing to hold them for me till tomorrow to exchange. Great customer service. I thought it would be awkward calling ahead but I really didn’t want to waste a trip all the way there. So glad she was willing to help!

This is a really big store — it has three separate entrances from the mall. One is just for the PINK items, the other two are Very Sexy and Body or so lingerie focused.
Otherwise it’s your standard Victoria’s Secret — they have all the usual stuff — a fairly good selection of bras and undies, their PINK section is huge and has lots of tanks and tees and yoga stuff. They have some swim items and cover-​ups, pajamas and a HUGE perfume section at check-​out.

I’m not crazy about the layout in this store, but the service has always been helpful and pleasant. Stock could be better. On more than one occaassion, they’ve been out of what I’m looking for an my only option is for them to order it. Although they stress that shipping will be free, it’s standard shipping and will take a week or more. For that reason, I never come to the mall solely to grab something from VS.
The staff is knowledgeable and lovely. If stock were more reliable, this would be a four star review. The layout of the store feels cramped. I understand that they only have limited space to work with and maybe this is the best that they can do while displaying what they have to offer. It’s a catch-​22. If they offered less at this location, then they’d have more options as far as layout and shoppers could navigate a bit better. But, then we wouldn’t have a variety of items to choose from, making this location less desirable. I hate to take a star off for something that may be beyond their control, but it does significantly affect my enthusiasm for shopping here.
In their defense, it seems to be a company-​wide issue. Even the huge 3-​story location in Midtown NYC feels cluttered and is difficult to navigate.

This is a review for a specific employee (#1 232 642) rather then the store. I bought over $ 100 for a gift and asked for a box. She gave me a box and never asked if I needed paper. And typically when I shop at Victoria’s Secrat they make the bag look beautiful, with paper sticking out of the top. I always feel like I could give the bag as a gift without needing a box. I got home and tried to put everything into the box and realized that she only put ONE piece of paper around each item that I bought. Typically there are at least 2+ and you can make a box look pretty. Now the nice gift looks cheap and poorly put together for a lack of tissue paper. I’d think that paying over $ 100 could have gotten me a few extra pieces of tissue paper. This cashier was more worried about getting the line moving then quality customer help. I’ve seen better.

This is very large Victoria’s Secret located inside of MacArthur Mall in Norfolk. While I’m not really a big fan of VS bras or panties, I do really enjoy the make up that they carry at this location. They have some great eyeshadow colors as well as some lip gloss items that I like. They also carry and pretty large assortment of different kinds of lotions.
The store has recently moved to the first level, before it was located on the second level of Mac. Center. The move has brought this VS location even more space for more clothing and beauty items.

Went there over the weekend looking for the new line of VS makeup. They have been sold out at Lynnhaven Mall of the color I want to purchase, so I thought I’d try Macarthur. Word to wise… they only sell the Beauty Rush line and not the more upscale (yet cheap) makeup line. So… back to Va Beach I go. The store looks like they carry a lot of the other stuff. Just disappointed that they didn’t have the other line for such a large store.
