And I don’t even write reviews and If I could I would give 0STARS!!! This establishment needs a some work! First off I called for a to-go order for a fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and a side of garlic knots and the person on the phone sounded like he would rather be in jail before he took another order. I got home to see that I didn’t have any chicken(that I paid extra for) in the pasta. The man told me on the phone after I called(the second time) that we will fix me another dish all I had to do was just stop by. He took my name and ended the conversation. I decided to go the next day, I went thru the front door nobody said can I help you or anything not even the bartender standing to the left of me behind the bar I said excuse me can I talk with someone he directed me to I guess the person on duty and I told him the situation. He looked at me and looked thru the pages with disrespect and told me I don’t see anything I explained him the call and gave a description of whom I talked to and he still wasn’t trying to make the order over. I ask him is there a problem I can show you my receipt and transaction he said no I just don’t see anything on our end. That sounds like a problem for you and not me with an attitude he proceeded to make my order over. Never in a millions years will I spend my money there! Don’t waste your money or time on this establishment. The waiter got on compression shorts and a tee shirt taking orders how professional are you?! Looking like he just came from football practice. This establishment has no order, no respect or no concern for the customers that come to this restaurant not one not on bit! PLEASEDOYOURSELF A FAVORANDDONTGO! YOUAREWASTINGYOURTIME!!!

Was visiting my parents in Norcross and needed some delivery ASAP. I read a lot of Gino’s reviews and was contemplating not ordering from them. Glad I did! I received a notification that the food wouldn’t be here for an hour after ordering, but they showed up 30 mins later and the pizza was fantastic! Had the margarita and scallion pies. A+

Service is a little slow, but, everything is made fresh on site. Staff is willing to recommend what is best today. Daily specials make it a great lunch value.

Have ordered to-go 6 or 7 times in the past year. Always order the same thing, Lasagna Pizza. First few times it was AMAZING so kept coming back. The last 2 times I’ve been very dissapointed and probably won’t eat here anymore. Lasagna pizza last week was literally soaking wet. The bottom of the box was even soaked through from the watery marinara! Seems like they switched to cheap watery marinara instead of the delicious chunky homemade they used to use. Why would they even let a soaking wet pizza and box out the door? For $ 20 pizza I expect better! I just want my old delicious Lasagna pizza back plz!!!

Bad service ever. Me and my parents sat there for ten mins, and the server wouldn’t give us a peak. Then she came without a greeting and split our water, she didn’t even say sorry. I ordered two main entries and a cup of soup, she seemed like they were too less for us three people and kept asking if those were all for our orders. Usually I tip more than 20%, but this time, the service was only worthy $ 1.

So I had lunch there yesterday, they were not busy at all, took forever, food was meh. I went to go and see what was taking so long and the person I spoke to(I assume the mgr.) I watched him check all the ovens, my order had never been put in. So I left a comment on their face book page about the slow service and one of the employees chimes on and basically calls me a liar. Then retracts the post. I left one star because there is no option for zero. This place will be out of business soon.

Ordered delivery and got here on time and the manager was so nice and sweet calling me when they were out of something to replace it with something else. Pizza was good and the hot wings were baked not fried which I enjoyed and their red velvet cake was good also I would definitely order again

The food is actually pretty good. I had a NY cheese chicken and fries, and enjoyed them both. The reason for the lower rating was because of the service. It was pretty bad. Granted, they seemed to be training a new person at the cash register(which is also where you order), but I’m pretty sure they lost my order when they came out to my table to ask me what I ordered after I had been sitting there for about 20 minutes. All in all, I would be willing to try them again.

Pizza was whatever. Service was ok. Not terrible but nothing that makes me want to comeback. Free garlic knots was cool so one extra star.

Go for the pizza! Everything else seems to be an afterthought. Lasagna tasted good, but they did not serve it hot enough. I know heating lasagna takes a while, but you have to figure it out. Stuffed shells were horrible — clearly frozen as the filling was in one spongy piece. YUCK. On a positive note, the pizza is wonderful. The crust is thin and«crusty». Love it.

Pizza is good, but do not order delivery. We ordered delivery at 8:05 on a Friday night, and were quoted a 30 – 45 minute delivery time. I called at 8:45 to check status because we only live 2 miles away. I was told the driver left«15 minutes ago.» Hmmm I could have walked the pizza from there to here in 15 minutes. Waited another 20 minutes. Still no sign of the guy. After an hour and 5 minutes of waiting for a 30 minute delivery, I call the restaurant. I am told that the driver is only 6MILES from my house because I’m the third stop on his route. Again… we live two miles away, and after an hour, our pizza is 6 miles away. I’m sure it woudl have been crispy and hot by the time it got to us… Good grief. If you want to eat in, their pizza is pretty good, but they are amateurs in delivery. Go to Johnny’s or some others who know what they are doing in the delivery biz.

The slices are massive which is always good. The pizza itself however, is just«okay.»

I had such high hopes for Gino’s. I’m actually quite sad that they didn’t live up to my expectations. I ordered two slices of pepperoni pizza and wasn’t even mad that my total was $ 9 because I was convinced that it would be delicious. My pizza was handed to me on a paper plate inside of a white paper bag(I ordered it Togo), it was greasy and lacked any remnant of flavor! I’ve never been to New York but I’m sure the pizza is much better than this! I’ll continue my search for some NY pizza, I know this can’t be it! In the meantime Blue Moon has great pizza! Sorry Gino’s but I won’t be back!

Two stars is generous for what my husband claimed to be the worst pizza he’s ever had. I don’t think I’d go THAT far, but it was pretty bad. The most disappointing part to me was how the pizza had absolutely no taste whatsoever. So, so bland. We got a large pie with pepperoni, sausage, onions and mushrooms… which, aside from the mushrooms, aren’t generally bland toppings. There were so many onions it was offensive, but they had no taste whatsoever. It was very weird. I tried the sausage and pepperoni on their own and nope — no flavor. You get the gist? Not sure how they get away with calling this NY pizza. Unless NY in this case means something other than New York. You’re better off with Marco’s or Domino’s. Hell, even Pizza Hut. I’m not sure how this place got such high reviews, but I wish y’all hadn’t mislead us so.

Bought lunch for my crew at work but it was a bust. Delivery took well over an hour! We ordered $ 80 worth of food; shrimp scampi, chicken francese, Brooklyn Jim sandwiches etc. the BK Jim was on a sesame seed hero roll but it was hard and dry. I expected to get the sandwich described on the menu. prosciutto, tomato, basel… I got cheap prosciutto, ham and some other meat… YUCK!!! Couldn’t even finish the first half… my crew of 6 all thought their food was bland and lacking flavor. My caprese salad was okay but I expected fresh mozzarella but it tasted like store bought. My family’s from NYC and know what great Italian food/subs taste like and was sorely disappointed in this place. Needless to say we will cross Genos off our list for good!!!

Been here a few times to get food to-go and we get the best service every time. Manager is awesome sauce.(He came to have a beer at three dollar where I bartender, and now I come and enjoy at Gino’s). Good guy, great food. And can’t wait for my lasagna to pop up

Visited Gino’s for Lunch on Wednesday Sept.18th. Placed order for a sausage roll and mozz sticks. Was told order would take 15 mins. Arrived 25 mins later, place had two customers in the dining area. I could see a staff of 3 – 5 people. When I went to the counter, I paid… then was told it would be 5 – 10 mins. Turns out, my order wasn’t even been started. So I waited an additional 10 mins. No sorry, no nothing. 35 mins for a below average sausage roll and as someone from Brooklyn. They need to take the NY out of the company name! There was nothing in their product that resembles or tastes like a NY sausage roll. Good Luck –T

Yes i like it. No I love it. I’ve been searching for a good pizza spot for lunch and I REALLY enjoy the pizza here. I had some ricotta, ground beef slice and it was pure heaven. This is a real NY style pizza crust with flavorful toppings. I also had a cannoli which was extremely yummy. Check em out and tell them the Food Snob sent ya… lol

First timer here and a happy one. There was delicious stretchiness in every bite of my slice of meat lovers pizza. Think savory pepperoni, meatballs, sausage, ham and mozzarella cheese on a thin chewy crust. The flavor was spot on! There is nice ambiance with a small bar near the front entrance and a dimly lit dining area — a step up from your standard pizza joints with plastic checkerboard tablecloths. The barstools however are too high for the height of the square bar table, making it hard to sit comfortably unless you weigh 85 lbs and plan to only eat salad. I came for dinner and think the prices are a bit pricey for the serving size. A slice of cheese pizza runs $ 2.75 and a medium 12″ pizza averages $ 15. For these prices at a nearby competitor known as ‘the man’, you will get a slice of supreme pizza and a 16″ medium pie. Next up — trying Gino’s lunch specials!
