Subway

Rude rude and again I say rude. The only reason I continue to TRY this particular one is because my husband likes the dunkin donuts next to it. The man that I see every time is flat out rude and borderline disrespectful. I make sure I go in with a pleasant smile and delightful attitude JUST to make sure I am not the issue (customers can be difficult sometimes) but no, despite my attempt to pass on positive energy, he is non chalant, slow and unresponsive. This morning I had to wait til he SLOWLY finished eating his breakfast and then add water (for moisture) to the dough and then place them in the oven. I am all down for you eating your meal, because we all have to eat, I am even OK with you getting your employee duties done but the least you could do is acknowledge your guests after they have spoken to you. Good customer service goes a long way and after I told him I will just come back. He says OK… Yup safe to say I am sticking to the subway on Holcombe bridge.

I’ve given this location too many chances. There is literally ONE polite person who works there, everyone else is extremely rude and give you very little ingredients unless you ask for more, then they give you attitude. They put on gloves just to touch cabinets, then continue to fix your food with the SAME gloves (unless you acknowledge it) As much as I love subway, I’m going to have to let it go, at least, this location.

This is one of the cleanest Subways that I have ever been too. I have been here twice and my food was excellent. The employee on my first visit was so friendly… this time not so much.
Portion size was as expected so I got double meat on my 6 inch for an additional $ 1.50. My 6 inch, chips and a drink was $ 7.50 and tax.
My first visit was with my ex-​wife who is super picky and she rated it one of her top subways. I missed her smile in this visit.
I rounded up to 5 stars. Wanted a bit lower due to the lack of a smile and friendliness from the server.

Only a one star cause I can’t give a zero. These folks are stingy as all get out. But worst of all, I watched the guy put on his plastic gloves only to proceed and touch every knob and door and then touch the food! Unreal. Furthermore, food was not very fresh looking. This place is bad!

This Subway is hard to find because it’s hidden by an earth berm. Turn into the Walgreens parking lot and look for it just beyond Starbucks.
All the veggies were fresh on today’s visit, and they have the Veggie Max patty available, so I’m satisfied.
