All Pro Glass and Screen

This company is excellent! I found them through Lowes and they installed new shower doors in my master bathroom. Dealing with them was super easy and they were able to schedule me in a very timely manner. I can’t recommend them enough. Everyone I spoke to at the company was really helpful and super nice. This business has a contract with Lowe’s. After 2 times changing schedule, they came to measure my bathroom and increase installation price from $ 350 to $ 650 because the door is so heavy-​really?. I cancelled the contract with Lowe’s, returned the shower door. I have another guy installed the better shower door for $ 800 including labor and material. Do not trust this business. I do not know who gave them 5 stars. It was probably his brother :)

Had excellent service with Kevin at All Pro Glass. We had 2 glass shower doors installed in our condo. The product came out beautiful. We love both showers! Kevin was very good. He took the time to explain the style of what was to be cut and installed for us. This helped us to place the order for the look and function we wanted to achieve. The installation was done smoothly. Greatly appreciated the time and quality workmanship.

I called for an estimate first thing this morning. The phone was answered promptly & so I thought this was off to a good start! However; it went down hill from there. The guy who answered said he didn’t have a pen & would call me right back. I waited 25 min for a call back before I called back. Needless to say he forwarded the number and nobody answered! Wow it’s amazing how this company is in business ???

Initially I thought it was hard to juts get a call back from this company but apparently it was also impossible to get the job done by them as well.
Once I initially had an appointment made they showed up and took measurements, but guess what? They never came back! I called to remind them the job needed to be finished and after telling me they ordered that part and it must have fallen to the wayside they made a second appointment to come back in, which was a no call no show. Then I finally got ahold of him again, and again he said he would either come that day or call to tell me when he could come and again I got another no call no show.
I called back to say one last time that unless they don’t call me back and set a day to come in and complete the job that I would be having someone else do the job and I didn’t hear back from them.
Dont waist your time.

We are renovating an rental house in Orange built in 1973, we called Kevin to replace all the screens and replace the sliding glass doors. He gave us a great bid for the screens, repairing the sliders. By suggesting the repair and not replacement of the sliders he saved us thousands. With the money we saved we were able to also afford two shower doors, which he did at a great price.
