Wendy’s

So after a night of drinking we drove thru for a 4 for $ 4. No big deal, been coming here for years. But whoever made that burger and nuggets at 2 am needs a freakin raise, cause that shit was bomb! That burger was art.

Went here for lunch. The first thing I notice was that the place was messy. There were several wrappers/​papers on the floor, around the order area. Placing the order was fine and the food was prepared quickly. Upon sitting down in the dining area, again there was more garbage lying around on tables and on the floor. I could understand if they were really busy, but there were not many customers there. It would only take a minute for a staff member to go around and pick up the garbage. This gives the impression that they don’t care. The food was ok overall, but I wouldn’t rush back.

Just went there today with my parents and son. We ordered three meals and one kids meal. Long story short, two of the four meals were screwed up… FOUR TIMES. Even in the last attempt, my burger was still missing bacon (I ordered a bacon deluxe).
The lady taking the order was rude and did not understand what I was saying. I explained several times. I was frustrated but I’m not the type to cause a scene. I just kept explaining it as clearly as possible. The manager came out and finally fixed the situation. He brought out some bacon for my burger, and brought out four Frostie’s for my family. He also gave me a coupon for a free meal the next visit. He stayed out in the dining area and was very attentive.
I appreciate the manager and this is the reason why I am giving it four stars. He stepped up in his role as manager and fixed the situation, also compensating us for the trouble. In my opinion, that’s what a real manager does.

Thank goodness for their bacon cheeseburgers, chili and yummy fries. If I need my junkfood but not so bad fix, I am cruising here! Good service and great price! Quick lunches!

I haven’t visited this Wendy’s recently, but have been there many times over the last 20 years. When I was in grammar school at St. Juliana, we got out at Noon on Friday’s. My dad and I would always go here and get food through the drive-​thru. Just very convenient and good place for fast food!

What can I say, it’s Wendy’s. Cheap and easy, and in my opinion better than McD’s. They have a decent select of stuff as well.
