Agree with the other Unilocaler – there is a really sweet short girl with brown hair who works here that is SO GREAT. So sweet and always so friendly in the drive through! Taco Bell does not disappoint and I even got a free drink one time – the frozen slushie Mountain Dew drink. We waited a little long in the drive through line and so I asked the clerk if I might try a little bit since we had to wait for our food and he just poured me a whole drink! Thanks TB. You know how to make a customer feel appreciated.

I come here once or twice a week for lunch when I work in the area. The employees are very nice. There’s one girl that works here that is super helpful and courteous. Wish I knew her name! Also like that the dining area is kept very clean.
Food is the same as at any other Taco Bell, so not much to say about that. They have never gotten my order wrong (I always dine in).
I agree with the previous reviewer that said parking is a mess. Dislike backing out of this lot.
I’m pregnant and craving their tacos and nachos, so I will likely end up here today. I could go to a location closer to my home, but I like this one.

Very quick orders and friendly staff. Clean facility with a nice atmosphere. I come here all the time at any time really with its late hours. Great place to hang out with some friends.
Its right next to White Castle and Dunkin Donuts too!

Staff is very friendly. Usually no issues but make sure you check your drive through order before you pull away. No matter how many times I annunciate hard shell I get soft shell most of the time.

It’s Taco Bell, so my expectations are average, but the staff here is always friendly and my food is always hot and my order is always correct. Can’t really ask for much more!

Best Taco bell I have been too, they always get the order right and food is always prepared like it should be.
Down side is the parking lot is horrible who ever approved of it needs to spend a week there valet parking cars.

The parking situation here is a mess with cars coming in/out from Dunkin Donuts and TB. I was almost hit walking to my car and then my car almost hit, while backing out of the parking space.
This looks like it was recently remodeled or rebuilt and the place looks great in a relatively run down part of Niles. Just across the street is a White Castle that is a complete opposite.
The food is typical TB fare and while you can remodel the restaurant, you also need to FIX the food. I had the $ 5 box lunch and it was cheap and fast, but far from good.
I took a break from my usual trips to Chipotle, as I was in the area and hungry; but TB is usually a last option for Mexican food. On the plus side TB now has salsa verde packets, my fave, so two stars !
