Pathetic slow to seat in a nearly empty restaurant. 30 for two basic breakfasts. Quality of food is what is expect for 2.99 not 15 dollars. Waitress was nice though good service. Go elsewhere

If it were possible to rate a zero I would. We only came here because we got food voucher from the hotel. There were only 3 customers at the diner but the staff seemed to be too busy with their phones and discussing personal business. When we finally got our table, it look a really long time for the server to take our order. We got veggie burgers with fries, literally got 7 pieces of fries and the burger was crumbling and falling apart. It was edible or we were a bit hangry, not sure. Then it took like forever for the server to come with our bill, which also took needless to say, a very long time to finish. Anyways if you could avoid this then do so, but I guess everyone has to use their $ 10 vouchers some how.

Stopped in for Brunch. Had the spicy skillet with raspberry sweet tea. The spicy skillet came sizzling from the kitchen. Very flavorful, filling and all around delicious! The Raspberry sweet tea… became my favorite drink of the month(although very early we’ll see if it stands tall lol). It was delicious as well, it wasn’t too sweet or diluted. Friendly service! In fairness there were a few customers there 1 waitress. Very positive experience and will definitly come again!

We went on a little mini family vacation and stopped in to Denny’s for our meal before heading home. It was one of the worst meals I had the during the trip. My tea water was cold by the time I received it, for the amount we paid($ 16) for one of our meals we got 2 small breakfast sausages and 2 pieces of bacon for the meat proportion. It wasn’t worth what we paid. For a small family of 5(one child being 3) we paid $ 120 for our meal after tip. On a positive note our waitress was amazing!

Pleasantly surprised don’t let bad reviews send you away. I only had breakfast during my six days. The peanut butter cup pancakes are amazing. Service has been pleasant. I would imagine during the busy season it is packed. I blame the U.S. Side for not having any real selection of places to eat.

Food was great and options are great but was very busy. Being inside the days inn, they have been busy throughout the morning. We had a 2hr wait and when we finally got seated it took 25mins for our server to come see us but i dont blame them it was crazy busy and they couldn’t handle it. We ordered the milkshake and pancake, hash brown and some other things. Everything was made well and worth the wait

It’s a bad Denny’s. Bland food. Clearly frozen chicken. Being part of a hotel doesn’t help. Found a hair on my chicken which doesn’t normally bother me, but it was before I even bit into the sandwich. The better option is to find a place down the road. The service was rather quick and we made it to our tours on time.

Terrible service! My group of three was told a table would be ready in five to ten minutes. We waited there twenty minutes and a group of six came in after us and were seated within two minutes and a group of two were seated instantaneously. We left without even trying the food.

Awful service. The fork was very dirty. The greeter laughed at my accent. Will not go to Denny’s ever again. I would give them 0 star if I could.

This Denny’s was attached to our hotel when we visited Niagara Falls. The convenience is definitely a plus, as it’s one less thing to worry about. Additionally, they have great milkshakes. The night we checked in, I got a Chocolate Peanut Butter milkshake, and it was rich, creamy, and delicious! Their breakfasts are also on par with other Denny’s locations — their eggs and pancakes are pretty good every time. The service wasn’t anything spectacular, though. Even when it wasn’t busy, I didn’t feel like we were necessarily our server’s priority. Otherwise, though, it’s a great place to grab a bite to eat.

***Very friendly server***. On the downside; ordered the Belgian Waffle and coffee. Sub par quality! Coffee tastes like a burnt coffee flavored water. The waffle was very chewy, as if it was left out for days. Probably will not be visiting Denny’s anytime soon unless it is a last resort. **happen to stay at the same hotel that came with $ 10 voucher. Again friendly server, however the coffee cup I drank out of had a ring of old coffee stain near the top on the inside. I didn’t see that till after I drank half of the coffee!!! It won’t kill me, but that’s just gross. Typical Denny’s quality.

Came here on a Saturday morning for breakfast and there was a pretty big wait. Which I wasn’t too happy to find out about already, But what made it even worse was when I noticed that they were seating people before us that had arrived there AFTER us. Like wtf, than when my group had finally been sat, we complained to the management who clearly didn’t give a fuck and told us we could gladly leave if we want. For someone that also works in the service industry, what kind of customer service is that?! Absolutely horrible. Not only was the manager rude and useless, the servers and hosts were just as bad. I will definitely never be back here. And I advise anyone else to try out ANY other Denny’s first before resorting to this shit hole.

Parking is terrible at night since its apart of the Days Inn. Food was just as bad, ordered sampler platter chicken was over fryed in old oil, cheese sticks were done fine tho, chesse quesadilla were lacking cheese. Girlfriend ordered zesty nachos and meat looked like canned manwich. Service was slow for what we ordered. Would mot recommend eatting here unless you have too or are staying at Days Inn

This place sucked ass! Although the service was attentive, I found the food so bad that my boyfriend and I decided to leave and eat something else. I ordered the pancakes with some sausages and toast but the pancakes were so burnt at the bottom and stuck together that I literally had to scrape the top part off just so I could eat it. The coffee was so bland and horrible as well and I think my boyfriend felt more terrible because he knew I would most likely be quite hungry after dining in but I assured him that I would be polite and at least try to finish it but to my dismay, the food would just not suffice. Needless to say, the Denny’s in Mississauga is much better.

I was in a lot of restaurants cheap and expensive once but this one was the worst I’ve ever been. I paid 16 $ for a stupid burger and discussing fries with so much salt. Just when you see it just keep going

Great food for the price and surprisingly good service! Went for breakfast here while staying at the Sheraton, and was shocked to receive such good service from a Denny’s. The food came fast and hit, and the servers were very courteous and knowledgeable of the menu items.

There was a blizzard outside, it was very cold and almost everything else was closed in the off season. The parking lot for the Hotel was almost empty. When we checked inside we were surprised to see the employees made it in, and this Denny’s was still serving customers(YES!). We had a great meal here, the food was pretty standard for Denny’s, but the service was well above what I expect from a corporate chain restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I’m not sure what level of service the other reviewers expected from a Denny’s(lol), but if you’re looking for a good, solid, reliable meal you can’t go wrong choosing this Denny’s.

It’s a Denny’s. They don’t really change from location to location but this one of the few places to eat on the New York side of Niagara Falls. Our server was friendly and the food came out quick. Plus, my salad was pretty good. Overall, no complaints here.

Absolutely horrible service here! After being seated, our server Jenna came by after awhile and she did not know any of the menu items. She apparently is a server in training. My sister and I ordered: — Hobbit Hole Breakfast — French Toast Slam We also ordered a coffee and ice coffee, after receiving the ice coffee there was no sugar. We waved down the server, she said in a very definite tone that you use the regular sugar and Denny’s does not have liquid sugar. She claims that’s how they make it at Tim Hortons as well. We opted to get orange juice instead. I also received my coffee but had to ask for milk when usually it is offered. After receiving our food, a few minutes after our server returned with the bill and said oh don’t worry if you need anything there are people around. Lies! The other servers didn’t pay attention to us and even asked for a coffee refill but she never came back. So after eating, we just went to pay but we complained about our server. So apparently there is liquid sugar according to the manager. The only plus about this place, food was decent and manager and supervisor were very understanding and gave us a discount. I won’t be back to this location ever. I don’t recommend it at all.

Went to Niagara Falls for the weekend and stayed at the hotel above this Denny’s. Naturally, came here each day for breakfast. The food was good, it’s hard to mess up breakfast! The service was HORRIBLE! We waited too long to be seated each time even though there were visible empty tables. The hostesses were horrible, the waiters were horrible. I got a coffee mug with lipstick on it and I wanted to smack the kid who served it to me lol. All in all, we came here because we were hungry and felt like we had to. If there were other breakfast choices in the area, I would avoid this place at all costs.
