Starbucks

Some of the workers are nice but it’s the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. I come in often on Friday mornings and it’s always backed up. They need an extra employee working or I’ll probably never come back to this location. I was late to work when I really shouldn’t have been, had they had the amount of workers needed for their rush.

I got a free drink because I just join to starbucks reward. It is so great to get free drinks!

The girl with green hair is so nice and she always gets your drink out fast and correct. She’s the best!

Every time I go here, I have an awful experience, and they are not the best at speed, or even engaging in customer service. I would recommend if you were to go here, to make sure that you are okay with being there a while… And that you are okay with not even being looked at as a person, but as a task to be completed. honestly, Starbucks, you should try and train these employees better. Because I am not convinced that they’ve been set up for success. It gets busy, and they aren’t well equipped to speedily and kindly take your order. Customer service goes a long way, and this fell short by several miles.

This isn’t the best Starbucks I’ve been to because of atmosphere (it’s in a Kroger), but where they lack in a quaint and cozy coffee shop lounge type atmosphere, they make-​up for with fairly consistent speed and quality of drink. I’ve been here a lot — probably too much — and my order has never been fouled up and rarely have I ever grown impatient with the wait time like I do at some other Starbucks (like grand avenue). I’ve been here all hours if the day too, and if you are one of those folks that need the early morning coffee to get the engines firing, the wait at this Starbucks is not that bad if this one is on the way to work. Finally, if you are into having the full arsenal of traditional snacks and pastries that other full service Starbuck’s have, this one will be sure to disappoint as their offering is purposely scant (likely don’t want to compete with Kroger).

Very disappointed the other day in my experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a hot tea, and proceeded to wait for 20 minutes for my drink. The workers were unattentive and seemed to have a poor attitude. Eventually I got tired of waiting for my drink and just left. As a former coffee shop employee, I understand when things get busy but there was only 3 drinks ahead of mine, and I have never had to wait that long, especially for a hot tea (which requires only hot water and a tea bag). Will not be coming back to this location

This Starbucks is located inside the Kroger Marketplace.
The experience here is different than a ‘stand alone’ store. Not very cozy and much louder (for obvious reasons).
The customer service is always fast and friendly here.
