Worst experience ever! I just moved to this area and I’m a huge fan of Hooters and was super disappointed with everything from the server to the food. I will never return back. Hopefully the one in Hampton is better! Cold food and horrible service. I had to walk to the bar just to get a refill! My server was more worried about the table full of guys and not my husband and I. I’m a server myself and I don’t understand how she still has a job

This place used to be my favorite «go to» place. The girls are very friendly and the food is decent. Seems to be very little drama with the girls which isn’t true and many other Hooter’s it seems. I’m disappointed in the place now because they did away with «crabby Monday» and didn’t seem to replace it with anything else. Crabby Monday was a great deal and a great time. Now it’s gone. They also don’t seem to run as many other specials like they used to. Oh well, there are other places.

I walked in and Leandra was chatting with a few of the customers at the bar. She gave me a warm welcome and got my drink pretty quickly. She gave me some great options to choose from and was very attentive. After I ordered, I watched the kitchen. What I noticed was Ashley’s attention to detail. Every order she prepared, she carefully plated, as if she were at a five star restaurant. It’s Hooters. I mean, they aren’t the best, and they’re not the worst. But I really appreciated how much care Leandra AND Ashley took in presentation and making sure I, the customer, was satisfied. I’ll definitely be back. I know it’s «JUST» a Hooters, but my service was awesome tonight.

From the service to the food, worst we had in a very long time. Reminded me why I don’t go here often. Last time for us eating at Hooters thanks to this experience.

I had the worst experience here… From service to food. We enter the building and it’s hardly busy. Every waitress looks at us from wherever they were tending to things like we were crazy for stepping in. Not too long after, one comes up to us. I say «two, please.» She looks at us, looks at the seating chart, looks out on the floor, looks back at the seating chart, then at us like we were supposed to give her an answer. We ask for a booth, if possible. She walks away from us to inspect the booths, which were all open, then points at one and asks if that’s good. We nod. She sets two menus on the table and just walks hurriedly away, not saying a word. We sit down and she comes back a few minutes later and introduces herself as our waitress. Chanel had a friendliness about her once she greeted us as our waitress, as waitresses do. However, she seemed upset at her having to wait on us.
Onto the food, we got the fried pickles for app, delicious and steaming hot, as always, and a couple drinks. For my entrée, I decided on the Daytona Beach style wings, naked, and bone-​in. The picture looked fantastic and my friend talked them up so much! Our food got to the table in an exceptional amount of time. However, when I got my food, this huge whiff of BBQ overcame me. My friend has ordered the Daytona style before. He was so upset to see what made its way to our table. He tried one and confirmed that they had to be BBQ. They are also not supposed to be as saucy as I had them. We hailed Chanel down and asked her about them. She wasn’t really familiar with what was supposed to be on the wings, but she said she can have them remake it. While I waited, my friend gave me half of his Philly cheese steak. It was absolutely delicious because he added the Samurai sauce to it. And the fries with their cheese sauce. After awhile, I finally got the wings. Unfortunately, they were the same thing. So I just went with it. Chanel asked if they were better as she was passing, I just said yes to not be any more of a hassle. They didn’t taste terrible, but to hear that those were not how they were supposed to be, and that they were more BBQ-​y than I expected and hoped, I was disappointed.
I was extremely hungry as it was, but I was terribly disappointed in this visit. The only reason I’m not giving it a single star is because the food wasn’t too bad, and the facility was considerably clean. It was my first and my last at this location, though…

As a general principle, I typically avoid chain restaurants like hooters, partly because it’s always crowded, messy and lack any sort of decent service. Unfortunately, Ive just been dragged out to this place more often than I would ever want to, for business. I know, what type of business has meetings at hooters right? The kind thats ran by men. Yep. Terrible choice in dinning environment. But thats a whole different story.
Let me just start out by saying that the food they serve here is actually not bad at all. Not the greatest, or memorable, but good enough to keep eating for the night. The Daytona wings are the only wings thats worth getting. But when I’m not in the mood for all that mess, I typically opt for their seafood options. The fish tacos are served in this metallic tray, holding generous portions of fried fish and veggies. Its my absolute fave and my go to! Their chocolate cake for desert is also worth a try. But really though, let’s be real, no one really comes here for food anyways.
Things to note about, if you’re looking to have a «pretty view,» you wont get it here. And do not use their restrooms. They obviously do not care to clean it, ever.

Best experience I’ve ever had here!!! The food was great and the drinks were better! If it wasn’t for our server leandra, it wouldn’t have been as good. She was awesome!!!

Place is a rip off, they separate the flat piece of the wing from the drumstick an then charge you for a whole wing. Straight savage.

Never been to a hooters before. Besides the waitstaff, I’ve heard good things about their wings. «World famous» they say. Since I’m a buffalo resident, I’ve heard this story before from other cities. This visit is strictly business. Would these wings compare to any in the wing mecca of buffalo? Or would they not even stand a chance.
I was seated pretty promptly, and I ordered a nice tall yuengling to wash my long day down with. Disappointed in the tap list… All main stream beers (bud, miller, Boston lager, etc.) Server is nice! And the place looks clean. Your standard bar affair of high top tables, tvs, and dudes. A bunch of dudes.
Wings came out in about 10 minutes. They’re breaded, which is fine. The medium sauce wasn’t really hot at all. Which was disappointing. The side of blue cheese could’ve been bigger as well.
They’re commercialized wings. They were good. Would I find better BREADED wings in buffalo. Possibly. It was was good. Not amazing. But suitable and what I was expecting. Service was great as well!

Not bad, but not that great. The waitress I had was okay, but took a long time chatting it up with another table while I was waiting to finally get the check. The wings were okay, and not as good as they used to be. There are a ton of «options» now on how to order your wings, most of them not what Hooters built its reputation on, which my waitress knew nothing about. I guessed and got close with half «Daytona style» (nothing special) and half «hot,» both «naked» (rather than «breaded»). Seeing that the wings I was served were relatively small compared to what I remember having here, my guess is that if you want the great original style of Hooters wings, you need to forget all the other bullshit «options» and go with breaded-​hot, and you’ll be in good shape. Average talent score: 7.5 (min 6.5, max 8.5).

My husband and I come here for the wings and the pitchers of beer, enough said. Are the girls the hottest? No. Is the service amazing? No. But the food is always phenomenal, they always have games on their big tv screens, and lots of alcohol specials like pitchers, tall boys, and cocktails. I come here to eat deliciously bad for you food and consume alcohol I mean it’s Hooters for Pete Sake. This last time I had the best waitress I’ve ever had at any hooters. This location isn’t the best but it is the closest to my parent’s house when I visit so I’ll take it!

A previous hooters girl craving some wings!!! I ordered boneless wings and buffalo shrimp and they were cooked perfect!!! My food was great and service was as well.

When the hell did they start charging for celery??? Not cool.
Wings were sufficient.

Ok, this Hooters location varies greatly depending on the day of the week. I’ve been going here for the last 12 years and there have been good times and bad times… and times I swore I’d never come back.
The best I could describe this location is «average». The prices keep going up, the wings keep getting smaller (personally I think a wing should be the whole wing, not half a wing), and the beer pitchers are also getting smaller.
Let’s face it, the novelty of Hooters has worn off. The iconic «Hooters Girl» of the 90’s is just another waitress now. The only way to keep customers coming back is the quality of the food and service. And that’s where they need help!!! It sad when I can get better wings (size, flavor and price) at Beef O’brady’s. (And no, I don’t work there)
Still, if you’re going to go, make sure you go Thursday through Saturday. The rest of the week you will just get frustrated while you wait forever for your food, and your waitress to stop flirting with the table of GI’s in the corner and get your curly fries and cheese sauce.

Lammmee. Known for wings. But hot wings not hot… Not very good service at this location. Not a lot of people… but had good specials and nice atmosphere. Very clean. Minus the random creepy men… Food good but not great…

Went there on a Sunday at lunchtime. Servers were totally checked out. Once we were sat it took about 10 – 15 minutes for them to find a kids menu for us and finally ask for our order. Once we got our order we found the food meh. My wings had little to no sauce on them and the sauce that was there wasn’t hot at all. Husband said this location is the worst he’s been to for service and food quality. I ate my food, only because I was really hungry and my server spent 30 minutes behind the bar talking and joking with other servers and checking her cell phone instead of checking up on us. Definitely will skip this location in the future. Had a hard time trying to get the server to get us our bill too. Ugh.

I’m basically a Hooters connoisseur. Every city I’ve visit, I’ve visit the local Hooters. This particular restaurant is quite possibly the worst In the history of the franchise. They have extremely poor service. The waitresses are slow, forgetful and poorly prioritize the customers. The kitchen staff seems to never get your food right and when they do, it’s usually half-​assed dressed and resemble nothing of the chain’s traditional favorites. Basically if you are after over/​under cooked food that’s often poorly drained and greasy then, Monday thru Sunday this is the place for you! So basically. Fire the entire staff and start over.
I’d suggest by-​passing and taking the additional 30 mins and just driving to the one in Hampton.

Not bad overall. I wanted it to be better to prove the other reviews wrong… Went because of wing night. On Tuesdays they are unlimited if you dare. The heat levels are far below other places. Thought I’d go medium… It’s nearly half way up the list! No heat whatsoever. Also the regular wings are half chicken, half grease; palate searing thousand degree grease. Fries were awesome though. This location actually seems to have a nice atmosphere. I could see it as a good place to catch a game. Our server really wasn’t into it. Luckily we had a large party and were more immersed in conversation to care if she just didn’t want to be there or not. Maybe it was just a case of resting bltch face (shrug)

Got dragged here again today. Seriously, can someone put a muzzle on that high-​pitched blonde harpy that works the counter area?! I mean, c’mon, are her implants full of helium?!

Possibly the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Horrible dried out chicken, lousy service and overpriced beer. Who pays $ 8.00 for a Corona? Top it off with a bar view of the dirtiest kitchen ever,.lucky I didn’t get salmonella.
