I walked in today & was greeted by the most friendly staff! Beware of the lunch rush though, luckily i missed it today & received my food within a couple minutes. This is one of the healthier choices for fast food & it’s always filled with flavor. Highly recommend

I only give this one star because you can’t give less. Tonight I went into this establishment and waited for someone to come from the back someone came out looked at me and went back into the back. If the food is as bad as the service I wonder how they are even still in business

I love Flame broiler and this is by far my favorite location. The staff is always very friendly and polite. They even remember my order lol. The food is delicious and fresh. Its ready within minutes and the best part, it’s healthy! I’m here about once a week and I’m lucky to live and work just down the street from this location. Thanks FB staff you guys are awesome!
P.s: One thing though, I wish they had avocado to top off my bowl but I’ll just sneak some from work: D

To start this off, This is the best flame broiler I’ve ever been to. Aside from the healthy and properly cooked meat (compared to other flame broilers), the customer service is fantastic. Every time I enter this shop, I get greeted with sincere responses (thank you mike) which brightens the aura of the shop. Come here if you want fast, cheap healthy food that will give you a smile!

I eat here at least 3x a week. Tasty, healthy food. Great, friendly staff that works fast to get food out quick. Friendly Ivonna remembers my usual order and ensures it’s correct every time, which is great for when I’m on the go. Healthy alternative to fast food.

I’ve been coming to this place for quite a while now and the most impressive thing about my experience is the staff that greets me with great customer service. She actually remembered my name, it shows that they really care for their customers. It really impressed and left a great experience for me. The personnel that works in the cashier (Dianne) is amazing and I always come back because of her. Thank you!

I’d lived here for well over a year before I ventured into any Flame Broiler location. Then one day at South Coast Plaza, I needed a quick bite to eat and FB was right there. Since then, I’ve learned to appreciate the chain as a great spot for a (somewhat) health-​conscious choice when in a hurry.
This location is the closest to my place, and I find myself going there more and more these days. Luckily, my local FB is among the better locations of the franchise. While others can be routinely crowded (leading to a good waiting time), this FB rarely has more than one other customer in the place.
Beyond the quick service, I appreciate the location’s always-​friendly staff and their attention to cleanliness… I’ve seen other FB’s around here that could learn a thing or two from this location!

I came here the other night really hungry after some bike riding, and the vegetable bowl hit the spot. Vegetables and rice were exactly what my body wanted. It would be really great if The Flame Broiler offered tofu to make their vegetarian/​vegan option more interesting.
Decent amount of food for the money. I got 2 bowls for $ 6 each, and it was enough.
The service makes it more of a 4 than a 3. Michael was really pleasant and friendly and happy to answer questions about the food.
Get some tofu, Michael! Throw it in a pan with some oil, sear it up, toss in some soy sauce (maybe some magic sauce) and sesame seeds, easy game!

I like Flame broiler but I really like this location the most. Not all flame broilers are created equal. There are 3 within a relatively close proximity but I will drive to this one every time.
The staff is great. It’s always clean and the food is always good.

Best Flame Broiler I’ve ever been to!
The seating area is bigger than many other
Flame Broilers. It’s very clean and they play good music. The food is tasty and the portions are just right. I like that they give you the option for you to add their Majic and hot sauces to your own taste.
Ivanna is always cheerful, informative, attentive, and considerate. I’m wondering if she’s actually one of the owners because she seems to take a lot of pride in her work, their food, the store itself, and has a genuine interest in keeping the patrons happy. Her quality of service has remained consistent, since I’ve started coming here.
This is an all-​around Feel Good fast food restaurant for sure. Who said all fast food has to be bad for you?
