DONOTPURCHASE from this store! The manager lied about his name. The manager would NOT let us return with their 14 day guidelines! The manager sold us an item for over $ 500 and kept pushing out the time frame making it one of the worst experiences we’ve dealt with for a Christmas present. The worst of it was the lying and the stalling to push out beyond the 14 day return policy. We were told to NOT to call the store only the managers cell phone! And the manager lied about who he was… a wrong name! Horrible experience …

I’ve been to this toy store many times as my daughter loves looking at toys when the family goes shopping at fashion island. Prices on everything are wayyy over priced, similar or most of the same toys can be purchased from target or Walmart for 20−50% less. Staff is always a younger group who never welcomes customers and just talks on about their daily lives, I’d appreciate a welcome instead of knowing that a co-worker or friend bought peach rings. The owners of this place need to wake up and learn how to service customers or train the staff to do so.

Policy SUPERSUCKS! When you buy from this store, don’t expect you can get a refund/return. Employees also not helpful. My kids are DISAPPOINTED!

Extremely small store and difficult to navigate. They had some fun stuff and little gadgets but over priced. I got a small remote Ferrari car for a gift but it required batteries and they did not carry any. It would be helpful if they did. It appeared young people were running the store last night and they seemed a bit distracted. The place was packed with stuff but not a place to go to shop, more for browsing and a quick gift because you are desperate.

Some of the worst customer service from the manager of the store. Would not honor the prices given by his sales associate. When I came back to purchase a large item, because I couldn’t buy it the night before because I was told they didn’t have a way to get it out of the store the price had risen. Price wasn’t marked on item so when I went back the next morning(when I was told to come back by the associate who told me the price) and knowing I was a serious buyer of a large item the price had risen. And the store manager started telling prices that other places are selling it new, This item I was trying to purchase was damaged and had wear marks all over it. Over priced and poor customer service. Was some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. The toys there are way over priced.

Better than puzzle zoo. It’s cheaper and there are a lot more fun toys than the ones you find at puzzle zoo. The last two times I went, only one guy worked there. He seems pretty nice and doesn’t dread working there like the puzzle zoo employee.
