Dirty and sticky floors with old gum stuck to the tiles in the entry way. If that’s what you greet your guests with, what are you hiding in the kitchen? Inside the bathroom there is a sign that speaks to Denny’s commitment to cleanliness and to notify staff if things need cleaning. So i notified the manager Luis who could care less about my complaint. He just fired off a bunch of excuses about being busy. Simoly no accountability! You are simply not qualified to manage a restaurant and should never be allowed to interact with customers. If you read the reviews this lack of cleanliness is not new. I will gladly track down the DM and complain to corporate. Avoid this Denny’s at all costs!

Definitely the best Denny’s I have ever been to! Not only was the food great, but the customer service was absolutely outstanding! Our host and waitress were so, so nice, I really wish I could remember their names.(Though, I’m pretty sure our hosts name was Bryant and our waitress was the Asian woman I saw other people mention in reviews.) Especially at 10 o’clock at night. Seriously the best service I’ve ever had at Denny’s.

This Denny’s is probably the best one I have been too. Today we went very fast service thanks to Martin job well done. The food is always amazing there. My husband and I usually come at night after he gets off work and this lady(Asian) sorry knows his order already and we have been there maybe 3 times if that. I will keep coming here great everything thanks for doing a good job

I don’t know what’s taken me so long to write a review for this place. My experiences are consistently horrible. When it is busy there they are always under-staffed and after confronting the general manager he was too busy to talk to me. Tonight was the second time I walked out for the same exact thing: after being seated by our Vietnamese waitress in the empty restaurant she didn’t come to see if we wanted anything even after 15 minutes(if I knew her name I would have used it). Considering their hours of operation and that their food isn’t too bad I go back, but I don’t think I will anymore. I recommend trying something else that is open late.

The worst customer service of any Denny’s I have been to. They wouldn’t honor a coupon; because, we didn’t have the actual paper. We have never had an issue at any other Denny’s, they just type in the code! No refills to our drinks, it took almost 30 minutes to get our food! The server only came by twice to check on us… And the threshold smelled like BO

Went here on a Sunday morning. The wait wasn’t long although it was pretty busy. The waitress was nice and tried to be as attentive as possible but it seemed like she had a lot of tables. It did take a while to place our order and for our order to come out. The parking lot is small and shaped weird but we managed to find one of the last parkings. I’ve been here before and it’s always been mediocre service.

Omg I sometimes have the worst luck at places the way i see it. So i took my kids to magic mountain nearby for my sons 9th bday. We ate here after and the waitress made her own orders for us. 1st my 13 yo ordered a siracha burger and he got a siracha superbird, i told him to b thankful its food its ok just eat it stop being ungrateful cuz ur not paying. Then i ordered 3 oreo kids sundaes to go, she came out with 1 tall oreo shake to go. I started busting up laughing behind my napkin. I ended up eating my own words at the end cause i didnt print out my 20% off email and the inconsiderate male manager said ‘u need to print it sorry.’ Period. Didnt look back. I coulda complained but who woulda cared. I made him come here cause i had a coupon and near my house theyve let me use it cause theres a code on it they type in. Not the way to end a birthday.

This would be a typical Denny’s visit if it wasn’t for our awesome waitress, Bounnie. Bounnie single handedly converted me into a returning customer. This was the first time I’d been to a dennys that didn’t smell! The dining room was very clean and very busy at 10:30PM. If you’re in the area and want a quick bite, come and visit Bounnie at Denny’s. She’ll welcome you with a laugh and still manage to win that up sell of seasoned fries!

For some reason our daughter loves Denny’s for her birthday dinner. I read the other reviews about this place claiming this is the worst Denny’s to eat at. I had to chuckle. While this one is not the best Denny’s I have ever been to, if you want to read about the worse Denny’s, read my review for her birthday dinner from last year at the West Lancaster Denny’s. Maybe our experience was better than others because we came in with low expectations, or maybe the staff was having a good day. Anyway. We came in around 6:00 pm on a Thursday. While it wasn’t crowded, it wasn’t empty either. There was a waitress, waiter, cook and manager. The waitress was our server. We were seated, given menus and our drink order was taken. At this time we also put in our kids order. Our drinks came and we placed our order. I ordered the meat lovers omelet with an English muffin and a side of hash browns. My wife ordered some sort of French-toast-breakfast-sandwich. Our order came and the wife and kids seemed to enjoy their meal. My omelet was cooked perfectly. However the has Browns were dry and a bit under cooked. I know Denny’s serves dehydrated and reconstituted hash browns. While I would rather have real potatoes, when I’m at Denny’s and expecting their hash browns, I want their hash browns. These were almost like they were not completely reconstituted before being cooked. I looked on the table for some jelly for my English muffin. All that was there was grape jelly — not my favorite. I asked the waitress for some other type of jelly. It never came. After my wife got tired of hearing me complain, she fished some jelly off another table. Later when the waitress noticed the empty jelly container on the table she apologized for forgetting. We ordered ice cream for the kids and mentioned that it was our daughter’s birthday. They brought out the ice cream but did not sing Happy Birthday. I guess this is something they don’t do anymore. When we were finished and waiting for or boxes and check, the waitress was no where to be found. I looked around and noticed the restaurant got very busy. The manager was delivering food. I noticed him also in the back helping the cook. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I was able to get our waitress’ attention and asked for boxes and a check. They both came shortly thereafter. I paid the bill tome other waitress and said something like, «Looks like it got busy all of the sudden.» He said, «Yeah, that happens every night.» I thought to myself, it it happens every night why don’t you hire some more help? As we were leaving I saw a «Help Wanted» sign in the widow. Overall: OK experience, food better than we expected. I have mixed feeling about the service.

My family and I came here since we pass by here to go to Bakersfield. It Looks like there are people here on Unilocal that feel the same way we do. No greeting no hello. Just if we were ready to order. After we ordered I was planning on ordering a side of sausage but he just walked away so I didn’t order it. Looks like the servers are full of the«teenage attitude». Food was ok. Not great. But maybe because the service was disgusting it made the food disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend to come here. I probably should’ve just stopped at IHOP instead.

Went in with the family on a Tuesday night at about 10:15. We were seated within 5 minutes and had our drinks within 10. There were a few people, but it was not crowded. Anyway the food came out and was greasy and typical Denny’s. It was good enough!

Went today to have breakfast, with my two kids! I was seated right away, but no smile no hello how are you! We wore sitting down than, waitress comes no hallo no smile,(she hates her job) Basically! We order, I had not enough creamer for my coffee .kids drinks(hot chocolate) dripping off mug! Got our food it smelled old… I don’t know but not very tasty. Mixed experience for us. Late-night stop after late night Christmas shopping. Place was empty, so we were seated fairly quickly. Host asked for our drink order, but i wanted a little more time to decide. He stepped away, but then, it seems he forgot us. Odd, since the place wasn’t exactly jumping. Table was sticky, and you could see the dried smear drops where they had(unsuccessfully) tried to wipe it. We asked for a wipedown, but i still stuck to the table. It appears the smear was also on the sides of the table. Rather than ask for another wipedown, i just poured water on my napkin and wiped it myself. There are different items on the menu than the ihop we usually go to for these quick, reasonably-priced catch meals we do, so that was nice. The food was tastier, but more expensive than the ihop. My husband often orders salad and has the kitchen chop and toss it before it gets to the table. We tried to get it done here too, but because of the waitresses’ language barrier, and after a lengthy discussion where neither side understood what the other side was saying, the waitress left and we had no idea what she ended up settling in her mind. The salad came back with only the apple cut up, which made me wonder how the apple would have come had we not asked for«chopped and tossed.» The rest of the salad was not tossed. For my husband, the salad was only meh. Checkout was lengthy as about a dozen boys, all together, but with separate checks, decided to checkout just before us. The host handleled it as quickly as he could, while i watches the interplay between the boys as they all went thru the wait/pay/wait process. Funny, to say the least. Would we go here again? Maybe.
