Construction Concern Inc., installed double pane windows throughout my two bedroom and den condominium several years ago. They did a great job. The insulation rewards were wonderful resulting in my electric bill going way down as I did not use the air conditioner or heater nearly as often. Best of all, for me living above the condo swimming pool, when it gets noisy I just close the windows and I have peace and quiet again. Thanks Construction Concern.

My wife and I had the pleasure of having C.C. put all new windows in our house.(22 windows and a sliding glass door) All I can say is Richard and his crew went above and beyond to help us get this project done. The windows are AMAZING!(Neighbors are jealous) The windows not only make our house look amazing and new but the temperature inside has changed. Our house now stays the temperature we want it to. The installation crew was fantastic. They were very professional and clean. Would (and have) recommend Construction Concern to everyone!

I hired Richard at least 3 or 4 years ago. Still, I am not happy and feel taken advantage of by being lured to trust Richard then being overcharged.
Within months of completing our remodel, the paint started to peel (one coat?). I called CC with a construction concern. Richard, the salesman and owner, did not return my calls, despite his daughters promising me that he would. Then, his daughters did not reply to my emails. Really? What? Why?
We have since done other remodeling (not with CC!) and realized how much we paid CC for so little. Here’s a breakdown:
Note: We kept the original tub and tile around it as well as the toilet.
WE PAID: $ 8000
SMALL APPROXIMATELY 6X8 FOOT BATHROOM
So, this means (assuming a 15% contractor markup OR $ 1200) that each item must have cost something like the following to add up to $ 8000:
1. new tile $ 1000?
2. new granite countertop $ 1000?
3. new faucets $ 1000?
4. new basin $ 1000?
5. new paint on wall $ 400?
6. re-​painted cabinets $ 400?
7. new mirrored medicine cabinet $ 1000?
8. new wooden wall cabinet $ 1000?
DOES THIS SEEM RIGHT TO YOU? Keep in mind the size of the bathroom: SMALL approximately 6×8 foot bathroom
In conclusion, I would not go with CC and Richard; his construction is of concern!
UPDATE: I received a call from Richard today (8÷21÷15)! It did not go well. He threatened me with slander, so I edited my 7÷31÷15 review (and corrected some grammatical errors).

Received another call asking me to take down my review. Actually asking me what they can do so that I will take down my review. Then they tell me they’re going to call me back with a solution and I haven’t heard from them since. Some things never change.

My husband and I hired Construction Concern to do a loft/​nursery remodel and are extremely satisfied with the results. The owner of the company, Richard, was a pleasure to work with and priced competitively with other quotes we received. The true testament however is owed to the crew who worked on our project. They were extremely kind and considerate and took extra special care to not disturb me as I was home almost the entire project with some health problems. In addition to their cleanliness and excellent customer service, their craftsmanship was superb. I felt completely safe both being home alone with these gentlemen and leaving them alone with our belongings. Their work speaks for itself and their employer is an honest man who is running a great company. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

A very professional job well done from the initial contact, to the presentation and the eventual installation. The workers arrived on time, worked hard and finished ahead of time. One window had been scratched at the factory and was not noticed until it was installed. The company came out immediately, saw the problem and the window was replaced free of charge in a short time. I would definitely use this company again.
