Innovation Design And Construction

I went on Home Adviser website to remodel my Kitchen and bathroom. Home Adviser gave me a list of contracters. I made appointment with Innovation Design and Contruction Inc. I made the best decision for my remodel. They are very hard working, dependable, reliable, professonal people. I LOVE the work they done to my kitchen and bathroom. I would give them 10 rating for excellent work. Well done. I would highly recommend Innovation Design and Contruction for any remodel that needs to be done.

I thought my dreams of getting my bathroom remodeled were never going to come true. I had contacted several contractors to get quotes while I was in the process of re-​financing my house to pull out some money to pay for the construction when I found out I would not be able to take any out. When I told this to Nick, he was so sweet and told me that he works with a bunch of financing companies and he would like to see if he could get me approved for a good rate. To my surprise, he got me a very good deal and my bathroom project has become a reality. Nick’s crew are very professional and polite. They showed up everyday that there was work to do and it was always the same couple guys so I didn’t have to worry about random strangers coming to my house. Any time I had a question or concern about the construction I would call Nick and he would always answer the phone or call me back. I would definitely recommend Innovation Design and Construction.

I received Nick’s number from a friend that used his company for a kitchen remodeling last year. When we met for the first time I had some concerns about my project… but after 30 minutes into our meeting I felt so relief and confidant that Innovation Design and Construction is the right company. The bathroom turned out looking so beautiful and functional. The attention to details and smooth process made more relaxed on my wife and I. We love our bathroom and highly recommend Nick and his crew.

We interviewed a few contractors regarding an island for our kitchen. Some were very aggressive, demanding a deposit immediately before anything was even decided, and others barely spoke English. Nick was a welcome change — patient and thorough. He stated exactly what the process would be and once we signed on he began immediately with only a 10% deposit required. He was available anytime on the phone and met us at the countertop site and his shop, where he showed us our island during the construction phase. We felt well taken care of. His company’s diligence, timeliness and workmanship was quite impressive.

These guys are great! Super fast, like flash. I felt like they never stopped working it was awesome — exactly what you want from a contractor. Nick would always answer my phone calls/​texts and was at the house everyday making sure everything went well. He also coached us on certain ideas and made sure that everything was done on time, to spec and with minimal fuss. He won’t also promise you something that can’t be done. The house looks great and Nicks crew are very good, friendly and even corrected things for us that the previous contracting company messed up — for free! Nick is a very passionate guy, cares about his customers and I have recommended him to a few friends already. I highly recommend IDC and will certainly use them for anything moving forward — thanks!

My friend referred me to Nick, he arrived at the same day I called him, he was very clear and patient and explained everything every step of the way.
He gave us fair price and I got to say, I got the kitchen of my dreams!!! I love to cook and now I spend even more time in the kitchen!!!
Can’t explain how satisfied I am! I thought kitchen remodeling would be more complicated than it actually was.

100% functional. 100% clean. The end product is beautiful. Friendly and polite workers.
But I had to pay too much attention to the process and needed to argue and insist on correction of many details to make it proper. There was little attention to detail by our contact man, Nick. They tried to install a fixture that did not match the rest of the bathroom. I had to demand that the matching fixture was installed. The recessed boxes in the shower wall did not have 90 degree angles on the side walls. I had to demand that they be redone. The polished natural stone floor was not consistent in color or stone size. I insisted that some individual stones be exchanged/​replaced for better consistency. It was eventually fixed perfectly. The new floor tile is barely in the same color family to the color of the existing tile and they tried to place light colored grout between almost black tiles. Luckily, I had charcoal grout in the garage that was eventually used.
I had to pay too much attention and be insistent for corrections. If you want squared up right angles, proper color matching and any attention to detail, you had better make the effort to supervise closely.

So happy with my beautiful new hardwood floors! Nick the manager is very nice and professional. Quoted me a price that was reasonable and got in and out quickly. They kept me up to date on their progress and cleaned up after themselves. If I embark upon any more remodeling ventures, I’ll definitely be calling them. Thanks for everything guys!
