Solid, professional work at a very reasonable and fair price! Rick and Kevin installed a side gate for my dog run and a placed high-​quality wood over my exiting iron gate, which saved me hundreds of dollars yet looks and functions like a brand new gate! We will definitely use them again in the near future when we replace our garage door.

Lots of great things to say about Rick and this garage business.
In the beginning I called to get a price quote, my intention was to buy a garage door opener for my one car garage and a Marantec garage door opener at that. I asked if I could get a discount if I were to get another motor and he did in fact give me a discount for that. So I bought 2 Marantec garage door openers a M370 and a M55. Rick was very friendly answering all of my questions patiently.
On the day he came to instal my garage doors he was very relaxed and professional telling me what he planned to do and the cause of all of the ruckus that my garage doors made. He also came prepared to replace the rollers on my door stating they were the cause of most of the noise. In the end it took him about 3 hours to install both motors and the rollers on the doors. Now both doors are virtually silent! He also showed us how to work it and gave us the requested controls. Job well done Rick thank you for your hard work and patience!

I had a problem… my garage door would no longer open. I contacted Archway and received immediate service. James came out, investigated the situation, and determined the root cause. We discussed alternative solutions and decided on a new garage door. James and Rick arrived on time, and completed the job within their estimated timeframe. In addition, they programmed not only my garage door but my existing gate to open with my car remote control. Archway exceeded my expectations in every way and I highly recommend them.

Our garage door opener went out and Archway was able to come out the same day to assess the problem and suggest a solution. Based on the age of our garage door opener, we had to make a decision to either fix the part, or replace the whole unit. They gave us time to think about our options, but came back a few hours later and installed a new, quality unit. The installation was done quickly and professionally. «Quiet» is very important since there’s a bedroom above the garage. I highly recommend them, they cover most of So Cal, not just the high desert.
