If I could rate this place negative stars I would. I ordered my food then had to wait 10 mins for it and then I also got a drink that took at least 20 minutes. When everyone else that ordered after me was getting theirs. Someone asked me if I was waiting for something.(Clearly) and then I waited another 5 or so minutes and got my drink which was disgusting anyway. My food was freezing by the time I got back to it and I was all around pissed. So my food was crappy but the service was way worse.

Just simply can’t get orders filled correctly. Especially in drive thru. We joke about mystery meals every time we go. But not many other great choices in this immediate area:-(

We had the NICESTKID at the register, you could tell he knew and enjoyed his job. What a sweetheart! His name is Michael, and he will go far with his awesome personality! The food was really fresh. We will be back! Relaxing place to eat, child friendly as well.

I was really excited when a panera moved into NBPT. It’s been a few years, and I almost wish this one hadn’t come because it tricks you into thinking Panera is an option. I don’t know what the issue is, but they never get the orders right. When I get home with a take out order, half the stuff is missing. Then I drive back to get the rest of the stuff. The people behind the counter seem frustrated that I came back. It’s just The orders are so consistently wrong that it’s like they do it on purpose. It’s better to drive to seabrook because at least it’s only one trip. Other Pamela’s aren’t this bad.

I heard Panera had decent fast food. So I ordered two salads online and decided to try the drive thru since it’s supposed to be convenient. The noodles tasted like Paste, not cooked enough. The cilantro was replaced by basil !! Totally shocking to the tastebuds. The extra dressing that I ordered was dumped on the salad instead of on the side. So between basil and too much dressing, and paste noodles, it was Disgusting. My husband’s salad was ok, he got his dressings on the side, but some pieces of lettuce should not have been in it, pale looking chunks too close to the root and inedible. Next time I’ll go into the place instead of the drive thru(which took 10 minutes behind two cars) so I can check my order… if I ever go back to that location…

I always get the Turkey Bravo and it’s always good. I get the green tea, because green tea is supposed to be good for you… this is very tasty, but not sure how good it is for me.

Rapid pickup orders are never, ever ready on time at this location. Nothing rapid about it! If you’re in a hurry you might as well just go and stand in line. Never seem to have this problem at any other locations.

Great menu, only problem is high price! Portion size seems very small for the price asked. Service from staff very good though.

I go here about twice a month. I don’t think I have ever had a bad experience. The food is always good, and the service is consistently friendly and fast. The drive through is a little slow for some peoples’ standards, but I think the idea of a drive through anywhere but McDonald’s or Burger King is just silly. There was one time they gave me the wrong thing(a Caesar salad, instead of a sandwich, and I only brought it up to them because it was for my mother in law), and the manager was SO apologetic to me. I wasn’t even mad or upset in any way, but he felt so bad, and was so sorry that they made the mistake. He had them make the sandwich right away, and they let me keep the Caesar salad too! I will continue to come here. It’s a great place.

Good good but this store is slow especially the drive through and the orders are often incorrectly assembled.

I hate that I love a chain restaurant. The food is fresh and although a bit expensive I always get everything I ordered in my bag. It’s the best of the of fast serve for lunch or a quick dinner. They are certainly a healthy choice compared to most.

This place is great, but allow at least 15 minutes if you want to use the drive through. It takes a ridiculously long time even if there aren’t many cars in line.

Ordered a sandwich and a bowl of soup. Was given a pager to make me aware my order was ready after 25 minutes and no page I asked the kid behind the counter and found out my cold soup and shitty sandwick was sitting there for 20 minutes but the jerk kid couldnt be bothered to let me know. I wont go back there ever again

Generic Panera. I stopped by for breakfast on the long drive up to Maine. For three people, we ordered a bowl of the chicken noodle soup, a muffie, and oatmeal with strawberries and pecans. The chicken noodle soup was a bit too salty for my liking and they were definitely not generous with the ingredients. This is a problem I’ve seen across all locations. The muffie was good. The oatmeal was so bland. After I got past the initial few spoonfuls near the top of the oatmeal, I realized they hadn’t actually mixed the cinnamon sugar throughout, so the rest of my oatmeal was flavorless. Meh.

Ordered a simple Mocha Latte with no whipped cream today at the drive– thru and they got the order wrong. I was presented a cup, half filled with whipped cream. Turned it back in to get the correct order. I could see from the window that the woman making the drink poured the contents of the latte back into another cup after removing the whipped cream, instead of making a fresh new drink. That was totally unacceptable! When she handed it back to me, the cup had chocolate oozing down from the rim. I did not accept it and asked for a fresh cup with the drink made correct, rather than reusing what was originally made. I could not see the person this third time make the effort of a new fresh drink, as it appeared she was blocking my view. I only hoped she brewed a fresh cup. Finally, after 10 minutes at the window, I was presented a clean cup. I seriously doubt it was a freshly brewed latte because by the time I tasted it, the drink was horrible. Watered down and had absolutely no flavor. The person must have reused the original drink and added water. I was very surprised to receive a terrible drink as I have never had a bad experience with Panera until now. I will not be back here and will never recommend this store location to anyone. They were inefficient and did not make the drink correctly. Parking is terrible and the reason why we chose the drive-thru. At 4PM, the very few parking spaces were full. They aren’t enough parking spaces to accommodate a large number of people at one time. Additionally, there is a ton of snow piled up in parking spaces, so snow removal is inadequate. Reading back at the reviews, I’m looking at one in Nov 2012. The service, people, quality of food, and parking have not been improved. It’s March 2014. Continue this way and expect this business to close in the next few years.

After going to Panera mostly in Boston, it’s nice not to need a security code to get in the bathroom. And they leave the little water cups out too, not expecting everyone to steal. What a welcome change! The service has been a touch slow each time I’ve been, but the food is consistent. I like the«You-Pick-Two» menu so I can get a little salad and a half-sandwich. You definitely get more when you dine in rather than take out. The salads and soups are nearly half the size when you order to go!

This is my first Panera Bread experience. Wow! what a healthy menu!(Unfortunate for my arse I picked a few unhealthy things). The food I got was good– a grilled cheese and brocolli cheddar soup with a PB cookie. YUM. The girl at the counter forgot to give us our cups for coffee and soda, which made it really confusing for the pick up counter girl and for us. I don’t know how things work if I’ve never been there! Lots of folks just sitting around here like they live here though– using the wifi and whatnot– kind of annoying I would imagine. Anywho, I’m excited to eat here again rather than get fast food at other places.

Although this particular franchise is practically brand new and the physical structure is basically clean, bright, and modern, it’s not as warm and welcoming nor as efficient as other Panera’s I’ve eaten at. Pros: The classic Panera menu, the soups(divine), the coffee(I love it), the pastries(oh so heavenly) and my favorite sandwich always, asiago roast beef. The salads and the berry smoothies are a stand out for me. Convenient — less than a mile from home. Cons: The staff is definitely hit and miss which means that the service and the food is also hit and miss, especially in the evenings. Some are polite and friendly, very efficient, and your order is exactly as it should be. Others are totally inept and rude, it may take multiple tries to get it right, if they even mange to do so. The last time we went there, when our order order was ready(take-out that we ordered there at the counter), two items had been left out and the gal insisted that in fact, we had not ordered or paid for them, even though our receipt clearly showed we had. When I wouldn’t let her brush us off, she then made a big show of announcing in a loud voice that she was just going to «give» it to us rather than argue and refused to look at the receipt. Hello!!! And the«manager» just shook his head and walked away after she told him that WE were mistaken without ever speaking to us or checking the receipts. She didn’t give us anything we hadn’t already paid for, and in fact, when we got home and set everything out, we discovered that she STILL shortchanged us but I was too tired to go back. The paninis are often overcooked, so much so that the bread is very hard and barely edible. Honestly, the ones we get at the Black Duck at the Tannery are much better. I never get these anymore at Panera. Check the soup before you leave. They often only fill the bowl half full but charge you for the full thing! This has happened once in the store when we picked up take out but every time we have gotten soup at the drive through. If you complain, they will say that they filled it as much as they are supposed to(for a BOWL) which is NOT cheap, but yet at other times, and with other soups, the bowl is filled nearly to the top. Parking — Ugh. The lot is not well laid out and not nearly large enough for the size of the place. Equivocal: Drive through — at first I thought this was the absolute best feature. Then I got the food home. In 4 of 6 visits through the drive through, the order was mixed up, something important(and expensive) was not included, or sides were incorrect. No apologies were given, and while we were able to return and get missing items, hello, a discount or a coupon for the next visit would have been a nice gesture since we were inconvenienced by having to return to the store, especially when we had to return TWICE in one day for one colossal mishap.

I was so excited to see a Panera sign off of I95. This one was pretty unpopulated but big and with free wi-fi. The bathrooms were clean and did the trick. Their iced coffee is decent — you pour it yourself — and their M&M sugar cookie was da bomb.
