Little details is probably why Sears is a failing business. Came here to get a watch battery replaced around 11:20am. There was a sign, «Will return at 11:00am, and I guess they are suppose to be open at 10am. If you want to conduct business, please make sure you have someone working at your hours of operation. Your time is not as valuable as mine. No pun intended.

Took a brand new citizen eco-drive watch to get it resized. By the time it was done some links got damaged and some had scratches. All links were removed from one side. Horrible service. George for whom there are some glorious review is no longer here.

George is the man! Adjusted two watches for me and took less than 5min. $ 8/watch to get links removed and he’s super friendly. Go to him!

No complaints. George is great — service, pricing and quality of work. If you need to fix or adjust your watch, take it to him. He’ll take care of you. His shop is located on the second level, tucked in the back by the home appliances.

I had my Invicta watch fitted. The gentleman working there did a fine job. He kept adjusting the band until it fit my wrist perfectly. He did it quickly and only charged me $ 8.00. I highly recommend Sears watch repair for any services needed.

I took a brand new watch here to have some links taken out because it was too big. The man was very helpful and fixed it within 5 minutes. The cost was only $ 8 as well, which is cheaper than the other places in the Newpark Mall. Overall, was very pleased and I was glad the local Sears still has the watch repair section of the store.
