Exceptional customer service! The cashiers were very polite and efficient, especially Deborah who took my order. She asked me questions with a smile and didn’t forget the little details, like how many sauces I wanted. The workers didn’t seem stressed even though there was a long line of hungry xmas shoppers. The wait was very short considering how many orders were in front of me. As I was finishing my meal, Violet approached my table and asked if I wanted a refill. I thought she was kidding! A server who refills your drinks at a food court! What a fantastic idea! I’ll definitely be a returning customer every time I’m at the mall.

I just want to say here that anyone rating this place below BK or MacDo has to be nuts from both a health & quality standpoint. C’mon get real !!! This is good quality fast food.

Not to say anything against the quality of Chick-Fil-A’s food (which I love, don’t get me wrong) but this CFA moved slow as molasses. Yes I made the mistake of going to this unit for lunch and yes, it’s in a rather busy mall — but having to wait 5 minutes for the main staple of your menu?
Never seen a slower Chick-​Fil-​A, but maybe I just came at a bad time.
