Mr. Jones is another one of Lesley Bernard’s funky creations(that’s a good thing). However, this place is no «Tillmans.» The cocktails are the only things that are to be desired here. I found the«Red Dead Redemption» to be remarkable with respect to taste and enjoyment, but couldn’t help but to feel a little ripped-off with the«short-pours» and the large Flintstones-like ice cubes that accompanied the drink. And to speak to the patrons, you don’t get that feel of, «I heard that this was a sexy place with sexy people to do a drink.» What you get is: «This place is full of hotel guests who’ve decided to leave their rooms for a night cap.»(Mr. Jones is within the Trump Soho). And lastly, to speak to service, there is a waitress named Gina who doesn’t live up to «The Experience» that Lesley is trying to portray. I found her service to be more suitable for a fast-paced diner rather than an trendy cocktail bar. I didn’t feel the warmth. However, Asa, the bartender gets an «A.»

Came in with the wife and had an awesome time. Asa made some awesome drinks and he and Hannah were so personable and fun. We’ll definitely be back, such a fun night.
