Went there today for the first time to get w bacon egg n cheese with hash browns! Normally go to Brookfield 4 corners Mobil but didn’t want to drive and try it and it was awesome! Both mine and my boyfriends were delish, nice crispy bacon n hash brown and it tasted nice and fresh :) sorry we came in 20 minutes before close but thanks for taking great care of us and making our day better :)

I’ve been to the snack shack once or twice before, it was always okay for a deli. Foods decent, the staff could be friendlier but they eventually warm up. This last time I’ve gone was so bad… my bf and I go in to get 2 sandwiches. We walk in to a girl sweeping, fine whatever. She addresses us asking what we want without looking up from sweeping and I’m not sure if she’s listening to me tell her what I want because she continues sweeping, she stops, puts the broom down opens the bread door and grabs my roll… with her bare hands! She’s touching a knarly broom handle and who knows what else before that and touches my bread, no hand washing, no sanitizer. Barf. She then proceeds to start my sandwich with a big schmear of mayo… I hate mayo. I see this and tell I don’t want mayo, she looks up exacerbated and gives who I assume is the owner(older lady in a leopard print top who was really excited over a 10ft sub) a face like who does this B think she is… I see the look and I saw my bf likes mayo he can take that roll, see problem solved. I can go on about how long it took for this girl to make 2 sandwiches but it would bore you. Long story short I got attitude and a gross germ infested super salty sandwich. Why wouldn’t you wash your hands or wear gloves. In a town where restaurants and deli’s are closing left and right you’d think they try to earn and keep all the business they could… well you’ve lost 2 more customers if you care.

Been here a few times and have yet to be disappointed. Friendly service and meats are cut to order which is nice. One loud but friendly gentleman that works there sometimes but always makes me laugh. Glad this place is around one of the better delis in town.

Jon s. Is the scum bag that was asked nicely to move his car because he was parked in front of the deli door to go to the tattoo shop. when him and his mother went in the tattoo shop he said f#$% you I’m from New Jersey I can do whatever the f#$% I want! There was 5 people in there that day who saw the disrespect!!! they are never welcome back again!!! Disrespectful people!!!

Sandwiches were pretty good, service was friendly but one thing that bothered be was no one wore gloves. I watched the girl that waited on me take orders, use the register, take money, then slice deli meat, and make sandwiches all while not wearing gloves or even washing her hands in between… Probably wouldn’t go back unless I knew they were at least using gloves when handling food

Went here for lunch today. Good selection, friendly service. The prices are really good too. I got the roast beef which was so good. They use Boar’s Head here, so I wasn’t surprised that I enjoyed the sandwich. It looks like they usually have some pretty good daily(maybe weekly?) specials that I will definitely try in the future. One of the specials today involved 4 hot dogs! Definitely not trying to tackle that one by myself. I ate in, which was nice. There was plenty of seating, which I appreciated. There’s a little«bar» with stools, so I didn’t have to take up a whole table by myself. All in all, a good experience. I will be back.

I’m a local. If you are going to visit a deli on the south side of town this is the one that you should go to.
