Thanks to these guys not checking proper IDs on large credit card purchases, my bank is out almost $ 1300. The perps held a $ 6500 crime spree across Connecticut and Rhode Island earlier this month buying stuff at two Guitar center stores, two liquor stores, a couple of restaurants and gas stations. I hope the weasels are caught and prosecuted to the full extent!

Alex was fantastic! He not only helped me get everything I needed, he tried to find me the best prices I could get, and even took care of my claim on a DJ board that I had broken previously! Everything was super easy, and he helped me bring everything out to my car, when all was said and done he even walked me out (what a gentleman)
I love going to guitar center! Especially this one, they have the best staff

I went into the store with my own guitar looking for some help with picking new strings and making sure it was in good shape. I talked to at least four members of the staff during my visit, and each was helpful, easy to talk to and patient. I walked away feeling very happy about my experience. I am in a service industry as well, and I value customer service as the most important part of a business. These guys (and girls) killed it. I am looking forward to my next trip to this store. The Guitar Center in New London has won a loyal customer.
