Workers should be more attentive on making drinks instead of socializing. Always a long line.

Worst Starbucks in rockland county. I refuse to go there anymore. Every single time I have ever gone the staff has been rude. First few times I chalked it up to being unlucky. Maybe the staff was having a rough day. But I have given it enough chances. Rude staff.

Not happy maybe new boy i order greentea frab. Omg ice was not really crush not full cup too. It like he measure wrong. Also hot white chocolate mocha is not good like other location No more

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Most employees are not helping customers. Regularly out of products. I’ve had to walk out of here on several occasions due to the length of the wait on what seemed to be a short line.

I figured fifteen minutes would be enough time to get a drink and get to my job around the corner, but after ten minutes of waiting in line and only one person having been served, I hadn’t even made it up to the cashier yet. There were still two people in front of me and there were only three people in line when I walked in. I had to leave without being served and don’t plan on using this establishment again. I love Starbucks and I’ve seen other stores go through ten people in the same amount of time that this store took to serve one. Very disappointed. This staff does nothing to add to the Starbucks reputation.

It’s a Starbucks with outdoor seating. It’s as civilized as an anonymous corporate chain store can get. I don’t expect 4 Michelin star service from Starbucks staff. The garbage cans are overflowing and the tables are never wiped down, but that is typical Starbucks. Hey, the wifi must work, the guy in the corner looks like he has been there all day.

Very Rude, Very Rude, Charge for Soy, Gee’s it is Mother’s Day ! Could the girl be any nastier? Not a Happy Mother’s Day! When I question the charge for soy milk and being a gold card member, totally disgusting they discriminate against people with allergies.

Worst Starbucks for service. Busy Saturday morning, customers waiting for seats and employees taking up two tables meeting.

Very busy Starbucks, staff is friendly & beverages are always great. Usually tough to get a seat though, because laptop users sit for long periods of time to use free wi-​fi.
