This DD has a dated interior and looks somewhat dingy, The employees don’t seem to understand the importance of customer service. They are far more likely to be involved in conversations with each other than with a customer. I try not to stop here, preferring a far better location on my way to work.
Tonight (2÷12÷16), a Friday night. I was there at 5:55 PM. There were no donuts — as in NO DONUTS! They had 2 muffins and 5 or 6 bagels. I inquired as to whether they were really out of donuts. The reply was, «No donuts.» When I asked how they could be open until 11:30 PM without donuts the answer was that they still had coffee and wouldn’t need to throw any donuts out. Not really my idea of a donut shop.

Dunkin in New City is relatively nice. Sometimes, like every other coffee shop, they’ll mess up a drink, but they don’t mind making you a new, corrected one. Near closing time some of the workers will add in extra free donuts if you are already ordering some or give your drink a free size up. Overall great service, and staff is very kind.

Extremely rude staff. No «thank you», «you’re welcome» or even a smile from any of the 4 – 5 people behind the counter. Ordered a sweet and light coffee and almost spit it out when I took a sip, and when I asked for more sugar the guy looked at me like I had three heads and then proceeded to hand me 10 sugar packets. They make no effort to tell you which coffee is actually yours. Me and the two guests behind me had to ask which coffee belonged to whom. I won’t be back to this location.
