Burger King

This place is gross and i cant believe what disfunction has been hiding on such a busy street!
Floors are sticky feom the minute you walk inside !
The cashier is touching her nasty ass hair and ignoring other costumers in line.
Seating is filth!

I found a dark, thick, Jack and the Beanstalk length sized hair getting comfy in my large Burger King fries once. And I have always loved Burger King’s fries over McDonald’s. You already know how I felt at that point.

Service is average. The cashier I had was very nice. However, I’m 90% sure the double whopper here have me food poisoning. A few hours after I ate my Burger King lunch I felt very nauseated. The only thing I had eaten before the whopper was oatmeal at home for breakfast. Could not stomach anything for 3 days after eating here. Probably won’t be going to BK or any fast food place for a while.

Ok their mocha frappé is my guilty pleasure. I love it and I can’t deny it. That’s about the only thing I ever get here, and it’s usually good. However, sometimes I text my husband to see if he wants anything. I swear to you, the three times I’ve ordered for him it’s been wrong. And its been the same item, 3 times. I order the bacon egg & cheese croissantwhich. I am always on the go, I usually don’t check the food, which is part my fault I suppose. I guess expecting everything to be right is too much to ask for at this place. Every single time I get home, it’s a SAUSAGE EGG AND CHEESE! I can see it happening once, mistakes happen. But every single time I’ve ordered? And its been months in between visits because we aren’t typically fast food fans. The receipt says the correct order. They repeat the correct order to me over the speaker. Yet, it has NEVER been the correct order. I wonder if I order a sausage egg and cheese if I’ll get bacon instead… No matter, I won’t be coming back here. They just don’t have it together.

Why do I keep fooling myself?! Why do I think things will ever get better?! Why do I keep forgetting that I’ve vowed many times to stop going to Burger King?!
Doing so would certainly be good for my wallet, my health, and my emotional state!
Two Whoppers Jr, two small fries, a small soda, a small ice cream cup. How long could that possibly take? Try TEN TO FIFTEEN MINUTES. I’ve honestly waited less time for food at Chili’s next door. Meanwhile, the drive-​thru was moving along like clockwork. Most of the staff could be seen rushing to and from the window, arms full of fast food. We were ignored, neglected, forgotten.
Oops, no ketchup or straws at the beverage/​condiment area either. So even when we were finally done dealing with the counter, we weren’t done.
Maybe you should have taken the money you spent on those patently ridiculous HDTV menus and put it towards an ENTIRELY NEW STAFF.
That’s it. I am NEVER going to Burger King EVER AGAIN!
…until I’ve forgotten about this solemn vow and return to Burger King again.

Came here twice in Feb. each time frappé didn’t have whipped cream or drizzle. First time no explanation, 2^nd time was told after I was charged and served, that they didn’t prep enough cream. Again, no explanation until I asked. Sounds like they are either very disorganized or trying to shortchange customers. No discount offered. Very disappointed in their attitude and service. If you don’t have all the ingredients to make a menu item, discontinue item or post an apology indicating you are out of a certain item so that a customer can make an informed choice.

one of the better BK’s in area. nice and quiet. customer service is very good. they now have free wifi, which is real nice. Restrooms could be a little cleaner though. They have new menu’s which are HDTV’s which is pretty cool. Breakfast sandwiches are better now.
