I have been to most of the the spas in New Braunfels and this is by far the best in my opinion. The staff is very friendly and the services are amazing. I have had a massage, chemical peel, and microdem. They were all fantastic. I recomend Twin Rivers to anyone looking to pamper themselves.

Recently went here for a combo microdermabrasion and chemical peel. Cute setting — old house. I’ve been to multiple spas for these services (am a groupon junkie) — but this was the first time I was just instructed to lay on the table in my street clothes. (Usually you put on a terry wrap). The total time for both process was less than 40 minutes — far shorter than any other place. Afterward: some splotching/​red marks and very little noticeable improvement.
