Matty’s Catering is top notch as it pertains to catering events and providing excellent customer service. The company has a large majority of individuals that all focus on quality food and excellent service. We’ve used Matty’s for events at their restaurant and for large scale catering at our school. In both instances there is never a drop off in their commitment to provide a great customer experience. Matt, Josh, Jennifer, and the rest of the team clearly have a focused vision on what they want to provide their customers. Can’t suggest a better place to work with! Hello! I’m Andrew, I provide research support for the Cardiovascular Center at the Medical College of WI. We recently used M catering for a monthly Lunch&Learn Seminar series. The service and quality were absolutely superb!!! With a modest budget of $ 300.00 to feed 40+ people, we generally order pizza’s or sub’s. I decided to explore and found M Catering.
I submitted a request for a quote/​pricing by email. The same day I was contacted with a very kind introduction! After getting acquainted with Kristine I was confident I would have a nice spread of food for our seminar guests. To complicate things, we are tax exempt, we needed to pay with a PO#, we needed a vegetarian option and our budget is small, Kristine was very accommodating to all our needs.
Through email exchange I was able to plan and finalize this entire lunch. Very helpful! We decided on the Silver Dollar sandwiches on pretzel buns, with fresh chips and cookies. All fresh and very well done! Although it was a simple spread of food, it was very impressive! After the seminar adjourned, I had multiple people approach me to praise the food and request menu info! I will not be surprised when I see M Catering at other seminars and events around the Medical College.
From requesting pricing, to selecting menu items, to the timely delivery… the entire experience was a breeze! Our next Lunch&Learn Seminar is end of February, we are excited to have M Catering be of service again!!!
